Might be a scam
Honestly, i think this while company is a scam. No evidence, it's only my perseption. The shoes came without the box, just wrapped in paper. And the customer service agent "Kunal", didnt understand english and just closed the chat down. When I tried to ask for the original box, and how to return them, because the shoes were not real leather either, like the article said. I think, this is just cheap copies made in India and when you mention your concerns, they just shuts down the chat. Never shopping from this place again.
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service, I'm a new customer and I ordered above 50EUR to get my 20% discount however forgot to apply the promo code. When contacted customer service, Victor replied that it is too late and did not answer my follow-up questions, completely ignoring me.

I recently bought some sandals from next direct on the second time off wearing them they split at the back! Tried to contact next direct no help whatsoever! They where almost 40£ ! So not cheap ! I've had cheaper ones that lasted years !

When I moved from London 🇬🇧 to The Hague 🇳🇱 as a expatriate, I was very happy to be able to buy online in one of my favourite 🇬🇧 multi brand store, Next.
Actually I was concerned about the delivery, and returns, until I found out there is in The Netherlands a Next warehouse!
I had a issue about my return (delivery), but soon I contacted the Next customer service, I received the support I needed.
The customer service team was very efficient: following up and fast feedback.
No doubt I will continue as Next customer while I living here, because the good customer service is the same as my time in London.

Long shipping time - non existent customer service
I used to love Next for their cool designs and big variety of brands. I also ordered from them a couple of times in the pas 2 years.
Fast forward to June the 9th 2022, where I placed an order for a dress.
Two weeks later, no updates on where my parcel is. The initial tracking code provided must be wrong because I get no results from the DPD tracking page.
I contacted the customer service department online via chat, 3 times during the past 5 days and all I got was ''We will raise this issue with our supervisor and investigate further with the carrier company''.
Yesterday I got an email from the international customer complaints dpt. telling me that they will investigate further with the carrier company.
Doesn't solve my problem...
I ordered 2 weeks ago hoping that I would have received the parcel by today.
Customer service ineffectual in giving specific answers - the customer must chase them in order to get a response (if they're lucky enough to get one).
Will go to a nearby M&S store to get a dress as I'm in a hurry.
Never ordering again from them online - waste of time, peace and money.
Next UK & Next Spain
I use Next UK & Next Spain & the service has been excellent for both! Living in Spain some products here do no fit our UK sizing, ie bedding... But Next Spain has been amazing!!! The only issues are returns - so we tend to end up keeping items even if they are wrong as we have to pay for the return postage! Whereas, in the UK they would be returned to the driver... Perhaps this could be an option for the future. If I am ordering anything that may need to be returned I generally order before friend/family come so that they can take back with them to return, which is a pain! BUT I still give the service 9.5/10! Thank you!
No refund for wrong product they delivered!
I base in Hong Kong. Ordered bed sheet but they delivered me a duvet. I sent the duvet back to them and paid the postage upfront. I have been chasing for the refund of the product cost and postage for 1 month. The customer service claims that they have processed the refund a month ago. However I still haven’t received any refund at all!!! Can’t trust this shop!
Terrible service
Terrible service. I have experienced multiple delays on a suit I had bought in good time for a wedding. Each time I contacted customer services to see why it had not been delivered on time I was promised that it would be here before the event. After multiple calls etc they finally admitted that the suit is delayed by over a month and then tried to offer me a 10% discount on future purchases. Like I am going to shop there again😅
Speedy delivery, great customer service
Super fast delivery. I placed the order, they dispatched it from Germany and it arrived in Belgium the next day. Wow! Their 24/7 Customer service is top notch. I find the customer care staff very helpful. Don't even know where the negative comments are from. I once had a problem with my refund and the issue was resolved in no time via online chat. They offer good quality clothes at a fairly reasonable price. The only downside is refund does take a while. I will keep buying from them.

Two months of waiting …
Ordered a chest of drawers online, a month later nothing delivered. Had to chase it up online because they had forgotten about my order. Finally got a delivery date nearly two months later. It arrived in two boxes. Opened them up and I have only half my order and the other part was a totally different piece of furniture. So now I’m stuck with this furniture for 3 weeks until they can collect it. I will need to reorder the piece of furniture online again if I want it. The only plus was the woman I dealt with on the phone was helpful and got it sorted for me.

Purchased & paid for x 2 rainbow knitted dresses different sizes. Order photo of individual items supplied by next.
One dress delivered but waited for other dress. Nothing has come.
On revision of the one dress delivered, photo of delivery evidence supplied, states item 3mths-7yrs. Interesting. It’s not that versatile.
Trying to find next customer service dept. Followed instructions and link back to my account as advised. The page indicates nothing to do with customer service contact options but a number. This number instructed me that I would have an hour wait before a rep would be available.
I’m summary. No dress for granddaughter xmas wardrobe, poor system management & distribution, minimal channels for customer contact who pay to keep company profits slim. No channel to correct.

I have shopped many times from their site, they ALWAYS deliver fast. I live in Greece and i even had my order 3 days later once. I only faced a problem with delivery last time i shopped, it came way too late, but with the current circumstances i guess it was bound to happen. Nevertheless, the parcel did arrive, one of two items was faulty, and i was fully reimbursed on both items as an apology. The products are of good quality. Only downside, they NEVER discount, thus one star minus..i wish they did, i would buy more frequently from them

One star since that’s the lowest option. First of all I received my converse shoes and it’s not legit plus the stitching is off so I returned ( I also had a hard time arranging a return) Aramex picked up my parcel and until now I haven’t received any update about my refund, the customer service (which is a trash) said I should wait for 28 days for them to receive the shoes. I kept contacting them through their website and email but no one’s responding. Their customer service agents are like turtles. Do not buy from this store. Save your money and time.
