Very disappointed with Next
Very disappointed with the service of Next. Customer service lies, they system is rubbish. They lost me as a customer for sure, I will never buy from them again and I do not recommend it to anyone. I bought a dressing gown to my bf as a christmas present, at the beggining of december. It should have arrived within 3 weeks for store pick up, however it did not. Just before Christmas it was ready for collection but by that time we were abroad so I could not collect it. So I called the store if they could hold it for me for a week longer so that I could pick up straight after I arrived back to the country. They were not able to hold it because of some silly sytem or something. So I called customer service who assured me they will hold it, and they offered they will speak to them. Before I came back to England I already got the refund and the e-mails that they sent it back. So I called customer service again and explaind the situation and that I needed the present. The lady tried to order it for me but it was out of stock already so she offered a full price voucher as part of a Christmas garantee. 3 month and 2 more calls later I still not get the offered voucher, my bf still not get his Christmas present and I am very angry cos it looks like whatever customer service said was only a lie. The Christmas garantee is non-existant, and when I tried to buy the dressing gown again online after Christmas, I found it on website, and it was really out of stock but the price stated was half of what I bought it from before Christmas. Really suggest to everybody to avoid Next, cos they are scumbags, pushes the prices up before bank holidays, and they have a really disappointing serv ice and they also lie. Never gonna buy anything from them..
