I would never use them again

I would never use them again. My car broke down in rush hour, they decided through the phone that it has the same fault as it had 2 weeks earlier when I also had to call them. Between the 2 break down I took it to car mechanic, and used the car so how could they know what was wrong. And because of that they would only came out if I had paid almost £100, which I refused cos I paid for a full year break down service and nothing like that was in the policy. Very disappointing, they let us down. Police car happened to travel the same way that time and they have stopped with no questions to ensure our safety, while these scumbags did not care at all even if we have died there. I should have paid for the police instead. Never going to buy their service again.

I would never use Purple Bricks they…

I would never use Purple Bricks they are rubbish. We wanted to buy a house through them in Harlow. It was hard to organize a view, finally we went to view it, and made an offer on their website. No answer at all, when I called them they said they were waiting for the seller answer and meanwile I discovered they sold it to someone else and never bothered letting me know. They just lied. It was suspecious as lady who showed us the house, called Michelle Pyle, never picked up her phone after our offer. I was sure our offer was the heighest, but for some reason they wanted to sell it to someone else. As you can check house prices on rightmove, I could see the house was sold for 5k less than our offer at the same time when we bought a different one. Very disappointing they just lied to me, I will definitely avoid them in the future.

Very disappointed with Next

Very disappointed with the service of Next. Customer service lies, they system is rubbish. They lost me as a customer for sure, I will never buy from them again and I do not recommend it to anyone. I bought a dressing gown to my bf as a christmas present, at the beggining of december. It should have arrived within 3 weeks for store pick up, however it did not. Just before Christmas it was ready for collection but by that time we were abroad so I could not collect it. So I called the store if they could hold it for me for a week longer so that I could pick up straight after I arrived back to the country. They were not able to hold it because of some silly sytem or something. So I called customer service who assured me they will hold it, and they offered they will speak to them. Before I came back to England I already got the refund and the e-mails that they sent it back. So I called customer service again and explaind the situation and that I needed the present. The lady tried to order it for me but it was out of stock already so she offered a full price voucher as part of a Christmas garantee. 3 month and 2 more calls later I still not get the offered voucher, my bf still not get his Christmas present and I am very angry cos it looks like whatever customer service said was only a lie. The Christmas garantee is non-existant, and when I tried to buy the dressing gown again online after Christmas, I found it on website, and it was really out of stock but the price stated was half of what I bought it from before Christmas. Really suggest to everybody to avoid Next, cos they are scumbags, pushes the prices up before bank holidays, and they have a really disappointing serv ice and they also lie. Never gonna buy anything from them..
