The driver didn’t even bother to deliver my parcels

Recently I had two PostNL parcels to receive. I stayed home during the expected delivery time, but the driver never came to my door. The tracking just turned delivery unsuccessful for no reason and said the parcel would be sent to a pickup point. The same thing happened twice within the past three working days. One of the parcels later showed as damaged and will be returned to the sender, and the other I still don’t know which pickup point it will end up at. Very frustrated with this extremely unreliable service.

Fake discount and promotion

I placed an order worth around €43, containing 14 items, including one discounted item. I also used a €14 promotion for orders over €40 and applied an €8 account balance, so I ended up paying about €29. Shortly after, I received the order confirmation and shipping notification. However, it wasn’t until today that I carefully checked the emails and realized that both the order confirmation and shipping notice only listed 9 items, and the discounted item was charged at full price. In other words, the discount price and €14 promotion never actually existed—they simply reduced my order from 14 items to 9 to match the €29 payment amount. The discount and promotion was fake, and they changed my order without my consent. Customer service was completely unhelpful. What a pain to deal with such a scam operation!!

Speechless

The train doors failed to open and with large,heavy luggage I couldn't go all the way through the car to try other doors. When I complained to the conductor he just shrugged. I ended up getting off at the next station and had to use taxi to get home. It was past midnight. What a lousy experience.

Never get the QR code on my device

Couldn't get the QR code on my device since the moment I joined. App kept saying my QR code was being used on another device (which was not) and asked me to remove it and reactivate it on my current device. I did but the problem remained. Contacted customer service and was told according to the record I had been switching devices so many times (????) so my QR code was blocked (which was again not true). When I asked her which devices she saw from the record I'd been switching she started to make up stories. She asked me to provide a "solid reason" for her to unblock my QR code. How ridiculous was that. Spending the whole morning talking to different customer care representatives and proved just a waste of time. Withdrew the contract at the end.

Where is my parcel?

Tracking says my parcel was delivered to a pickup point but didn't indicate which one, later it shows my parcel was collected, while I was home the whole time expecting my parcel to arrive. WHERE IS MY BLOODY PARCEL????

Amazon logistics failed to deliver my parcel AGAIN

I always use collection point when I can to avoid dealing with Amazon logistics as they failed to deliver my parcels 6 times in the past 12 months when I had to use home delivery. With Amazon UK, I had two orders handled by Amazon logistics, both of them didn't arrive. With Amazon Belgium, I used home delivery only twice, and Amazon logistics failed twice. I have to be very lucky to receive my parcels at home from Amazon logistics and most of the time I am not so lucky. When tracking shows my orders are dispatched from Antwerp by Amazon logistics, I can already see me filing refund claims. Their customer service promised they would do something to prevent this unpleasant situation from happening again but it turns out nothing has ever changed.

Scammers are protected on Vinted

I was scammed on Vinted, reported, received a canned message simply saying they can't do anything about it. When I tried to leave a negative review for the seller, an error message "access denied" kept popping up. The seller obviously blocked me after the transaction was completed. Vinted does nothing about scammers and allows them to avoid negative reviews by blocking buyers. What a joke!

Amazon Logistics in Belgium sucks

I've been using Amazon for more than 20 years in different countries. I never had any issues with them until recently Amazon Logistics in Belgium lost my parcels twice in the past two weeks. It seems their drivers have a protocol to follow - normally they would call, buzz, and leave the parcel. But for my latest two purchases, the driver called, no one buzzed (I was home), no parcel was left, tracking turned "delivered" right after the call. Calling the number back would only connect you a useless voice message. The only thing I could do was to request a refund through Amazon. The drivers call you simply to make the process look legit so that they can change the status to "delivered" then do whatever they want with the parcels and get away with it. Why not? Amazon will refund the cost anyway. Shopping with Amazon has become a waste of time. I am done with them.

They do try to help

I use their service to receive Vinted orders and so far I only had one issue which was resolved promptly by their customer service representative. I would suggest people who encounter delivery issues to contact their customer service by email first. They do try to help.

Customer service sucks!!

Long story short, the customer service sucks. I received an email saying that they failed to contact me (which didn't even happen) and asking me to call the customer care. Finally got connected and realized I had to rebook my flight and it could only be done over the phone. Phone disconnected in the middle of conversation and my second attempt to call took more than 40 munutes before I hang up. What a pain! They could've called me back to get things sorted but they just wouldn't do it. I will never fly with them again, ever!!

Speedy delivery, great customer service

Super fast delivery. I placed the order, they dispatched it from Germany and it arrived in Belgium the next day. Wow! Their 24/7 Customer service is top notch. I find the customer care staff very helpful. Don't even know where the negative comments are from. I once had a problem with my refund and the issue was resolved in no time via online chat. They offer good quality clothes at a fairly reasonable price. The only downside is refund does take a while. I will keep buying from them.

SCAMMER!

SCAMMER!! They take unauthorized payment from my prepaid credits, saying I have subscribed some service that I have never heard of. I can't believe this company is still in business without getting sued for what they have been doing to their customers. SHAMELESS!!

Fooling customers is fun, isn't it?

Our order was supposed to be delivered but we didn't hear anything of it and the tracking page has not been updated for weeks. Contacted Made and they said our order HAS LEFT their warehouse and would be delivered in 10 days. They refused to offer any compensation because they claimed the order HAS LEFT their warehouse within 15 days after the expected dispach date. Fine. After waiting for another 10 days still no update on our order so I contacted the customer care again and they said the order WILL be handed over to the currier SOON???? We still don't know whenabout our order will arrive. I think by soon they mean forever. Dealing with this company is a pain. If you haven't place your order, DON'T!!
