Shocking service from DHL

Shocking service from DHL , would give zero stars if possible.
Paid extra for next day delivery , got one e mail to say when it would arrive it never did. No update on the tracking, to date it still says it’s arriving yesterday.There is no way of talking to anyone , you can send and e mail which will be answered in 2 days , there is a phone number that links you to a totally automated system . A van did turn up on site yesterday and the chap routed around in the back for ages but then had to move out of the way and instead of pulling over drove away !!!
Why are business’s like Tap warehouse using delivery partners such as DHL it will ruin their reputation. I will certainly consider looking at other companies to make further purchases instead of those that use DHL as their delivery option

Appalling customer service

What has happened to Debenhams .
I would have given minus stars if there was an option,
wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
So I placed an order for 3 pairs of sandal, a broken bag was delivered by hand from Royal Mail with only 2 pairs of sandals in the bag, it had clearly been resealed by someone tying a knot.
Customer service is either an auto AI response or eventually and randomly you get a human response via a messaging app , who then disappears again . So my last message from goodness knows who, is saying wait a month then chase again, this is dreadful customer service . No telephone contact available . This whole scenario is so frustrating and not fair I paid my money up front which was taken immediately Why should I keep chasing an inferior customer service . Now I am nervous to do a return of what I did receive after reading the reviews . Debenhams are you giving us the run around in the hope that we will give up and you win

Very slow refunds and overpriced

Have been waiting forever for the refund even though they have had the dress back.
Was disappointed with the material in the dress for the price they are charging
They should take some examples from dresses from new look for big sizes , variation of style, good materials and a fair price

Totally unreliable and CHRISTMAS is coming

Would not recommend using Next especially if you want your goods for CHRISTMAS they will let you down repeatedly and there a plenty of other companies out there that are more reliable .
Recently I have placed 2 orders one for a holiday and another for a birthday present and on both ocassion the goods have not arrived when they should so then it’s left to me to chase repeatedly . I am told don’t worry madam Your order will be with you in 24 hours (too late) ,and it doesn’t arrive in 24 hours just palming me off . I ask what’s the problem all I get is it’s in the depot , ok so what’s the problem and they tell you that’s all the info we have , so please find out more info, sorry we can’t this is all the info we have
so will I get my parcel in time for my holiday and for the birthday gift , yes don’t Worry madam (patronising) and hey presto holiday package arrived 4 days late and birthday present parcel still not delivered and so far 3 days late . I did persist at the time for an reason why my holiday package was late and eventually an agent did divulge that they had the goods but there was a problem with labelling and that’s why there was a delay, why not tell me that from the out set ,
I have put in complaints and they are ignored no one bothers getting back to you I totally despair .

Poor customer service and Communications

I am in the middle of a possible order and have sent some questions but boy it is extremely difficult to communicate with any one, so far no one has come back to me with my latest question . They offer a chat service and advertise they are open Monday to Friday 9-5 , I am currently sitting here waiting for anyone to come back to me but no nothing they have just left me holding this is the 3rd time I have tried . So then I thought ok I will call them to discuss and there are many options to go for and no matter which route you take it leads to them hanging up on you and never to anyone that you can talk to . There are many company’s for you to use out so there lack of customer service and communication should be a major consideration when deciding if you go for this company
Btw still holding on to the chat whilst I have typed this review it says we are transferring you to an agent that was now 18mins ago , no messages to say this may take some time !

Unpleasant exchange every time

The people who represent you in this newsagent are very miserable snappy unhelpful , they don’t even lift their head to acknowledge you , certainly no please or thank you ! I was dreading picking up my parcel today and as per usual they didn’t disappoint. I did buy something in there today so eventually he mumbled at me . I would rather go to EVRI shops locally it is such a better experience! If I get a choice of delivery companies from now on I would not choose yodel !!

I tried to contact them via chat but they could not answer my question then when I asked for an agent all they would do is give me a phone number . So I called and waited 20 minutes to get though , my query is the system is not allowing me to download my statement online in my app , so the lady told me it will be fixed in 15 minutes and still nothing , they are always pushing for you to go paperless and now I cannot view my statement . I feel I have been palmed off by the agent to get me off the phone

Rip Off don’t use this company

I put a review on here on 23rd May about the service of this company and the inferior product I received. They did respond to me by e mail with many apologies and asked me to send pictures of the product which I duly did and no response from them !!!!!, I have re sent the e mail 5 times now over the past weeks and still no response from them at all . So still feel ripped off by this company think before you buy !

Beware do not buy from this Company Rip Off !

Made an order for 2 dresses paid up front right away and money was taken !. It took ages for them to be delivered !!! . The dresses are poor quality and not true to size . So I decided I would like to return them only to discover it is an extortionate price to send back to Asia which are the requirements by the company, even though the parcel was posted from Fareham in Hampshire , UK why can’t I return them to that address in the Uk ? Then the company gives you a message when you try to log a return saying we know it may not be the most cost effective option to return items so why don’t you keep the items and we will offer you a reward worth 10% of the price you paid , which can only be used when you place a new order !!!
If by some chance they redeem themselves I will be sure to post here
Total Rip off don’t buy from this company

Rip off do not buy from this company

I ordered some trainers which took forever to arrive , then when I did receive them I found them to be cheap , badly made with visuals of hardened glue spilling out of the seams , within a split second I decided to send them back so packaged them up as instructed on the returns forms took the parcel to the post office only to be told it would cost me £18 to send , and yet I received the parcel delivered from Cannock in the Uk . I really do feel ripped off !!!!!

BEWARE! No fast track security at Gatwick airport

BEWARE!! Don’t book fast track security for Gatwick with Ryanair it doesn’t exist but it still offered and they took my money , now trying to get it sorted but nobody gets back to me. Imagine how much money they are making for nothing if many people booked this service. I was looking for fast track at the airport and an agent asked me are you flying Ryanair to which I answered yes he said thought so , he said he encountered lots coming through but fast track hasn’t been available since the pandemic hit !!!!

We were transferred to Scottish power from Tonik thought I would give them a chance what a bad decision. I was asked for meter readings at the end of December only to discovered the electric metre was broken, so tired to contact them to report and get sorted , no such luck can wait 50 mins on the phone for an answer, I emailed only to be told u might hear back in 2 days , then they always advise to use chat which to date has never been active . Then one day surprise surprise I got through to someone in customer services Claudio who must have been and imposter as I have since been told what he promised is absolutely not possible, he even gave me dates for a new meter , which I was told was was impossible for my area , also the Person I spoke to said he has never heard of him, I asked if he could look at the notes that Claudio made and he said they can’t see each other notes !! Now because I haven’t given meter readings they have hiked my direct debit so high it’s rediculous and without any consultation ! I desperately wanted them to take my gas meter reading but they wouldn’t without my electric reading which I couldn’t get because my meter is broken . I am simply trying to put things right and they are putting stumbling blocks in all along the way. I wrote to the ceo Kieth Anderson and what a laugh the reply was we will respond in within 12 working days . I wonder what Linda Clayton the customer service director does in a day, she clearly isn’t taking any notice of the reviews on here. Do not use this company

Appalling level of service don’t use

I am at the end of my tether with the service from this company .

So I do a lot of online shopping and many of the companies use Hermes to deliver.

In the past I had a fantastic Hermes delivery driver who was extremely efficient and pleasant , and I never had an issue with my deliveries.

So recently I have witness a blond lady in a big van delivering for you she has a young lad in the front passenger seat who throws the parcel from the van towards the front door of a building on our estate.

With the current driver I have had nothing but problems , so currently the driver repeatedly delivers my parcels to the wrong address leaving parcels outside for anyone to pick up , they are left in the rain and I get messages saying things have been delivered when they haven’t I have had two claims recently from next and yours which took all my time and effort to fight with them to assure them I did not get my parcels, your driver did not deliver to my address.!!!!!!!

So I work from home and I have twice had messages saying your parcel has been delivered , but no one knocked on my door or rang the bell. Today I had a message so I went around the estate only to find my parcel left outside for all to see at the front door of the building for flats 4-9, I live at number 2 in a completely different building , to add insult to injury a photo was taken of the parcel which could have been anywhere apparently that is proof of delivery . The time before today’s issue exactly the same happened only I could not find my parcel anywhere and had to fight yours to get my money back .

So even though very very frustrated I was prepared to contact Hermes to communicate about trying to resolve my parcels being delivered to the wrong address , in the hope that perhaps they may actually be delivered to me, but oh no I first get on the chat, and oh that is not a real person but a robot who is only capable of communicating to stock questions and answers , then blanks you if you wonder outside the script , so ok I will try to phone , another robot , so give a tracking number then only to be told it’s been delivered and good bye , noooooo option to talk to an human being to resolve my delivery issues , sooooo frustrating .

So right now I am picking and choosing who I Place orders with so as not to have goods delivered by Hermes , however I did Place an order with smyths toys just last night only to discover Hermes will be delivering so I have contacted them stressing urgently not send my goods with Hermes explaining why. I have told neighbours , friends and family to beware of your company as a delivery service and will post on Facebook if necessary until this issued is resolved . Both next and very have arranged permanent alternative delivery partners for my parcels from now ongoing which has reassured me of safe deliveries
I have e mailed the CEO for uk operations Martijn.deLange to get things resolved but per the usual ethos of Hermes no response no wonder this is such a bad company if only I could talk to a human being

Appalling service Hermes

This is the worst delivery company I have had to deal with. So both yesterday and today I received a messages to say goods had been delivered , this is whilst I am in doors, there was no knock at the door, so I go searching the neighbourhood to find parcel outside a completely different address to mine. Now today’s problem is they say they have delivered and took photos only I have received 1 item out of 8 , there is no one to contact to rectify the problem, this is outrageous Hermes , this problem is common in the Dorking area at present, to date my items have never been delivered I will not order from any company who uses Hermes as their delivery partner !!

Think twice before using train line !

What shocking customer service ! Since the 13th March I have been trying to sort out a refund for non essential train travel due to C-19. Firstly trying to cancel my Original ticket for travel on 31st March the operator point blank refused me a refund with a very rude attitude, (reported to a manager and all documented, who was meant to come back to me and never did!) instead she insisted I rebook a ticket so I gave in and rebooked , wanted to book for September in the hope that the concert I was attending would go ahead, no can’t book September date , book a date in July then change the July date for September nearer the time ! Now concert cancelled government telling us not to travel unless it is essential , but now cannot talk to anyone to discuss as phones lines closed to public , cannot find an e mail address, have attempted a refund claim form to no avail , my ticket is booked for next week 14th July why should I let have train line have my money at a time when all are suffering in one way or another these unpresidented times . Had all refund from other travel companies so far without any hassle , not the same service from Trainline
