Disliked that I didn't achieve my objective i.e. find a dress style to suit me.

I'm so very sorry to hear that, Lesley. I have trouble finding dresses to suit too but, I know there's the perfect dress out there for you!.

Here's a tip; If there's anything you see online that you haven't seen stocked in store, you can order it for collection to co-incide with the date of a Personal Stylist visit. That way you can get the most choice, and if something isn't suitable, you can return it on the day, after trying.

I know you'll find something that suits you to a tee. ^Lynda.

Great venues offered and good seats…

Great venues offered and good seats too. SFF offers means I spend time with different members of my family - younger and older and get to see different venues.

Awful customer service I have contacted…

Awful customer service I have contacted them numerous times. My subscription renewed as expected however it has since been cancelled and I cannot use the app unless I do a free trial. The settings say my subscription runs until 2024 however it is not working for me. I'm sure Andy Puddicome or started this would be disappointed at this poor service.
