I have been very happy withy Checkers Sixty60 for years. Its quick the app works well almost all my ordered items are delivered. Until they added hyper. Its so difficult all you items from 1 store with one delivery. Hyper has more items but not the basic groceries. There is provision for returns of a defective product. A very courteous young man called me and areanged for collection then didnt hear anything then Sisanda asks me to return yhe products to the store. Two conflicting opinions on a standard procedures. You are expected to go to the store they won't pick up the defective product.I am very dissapointed as you have 2 days to return an item else its your problem. Don't buy anything from Hyper they dont give the support that Takealot does.

I ordered dressing gowns that i couldn't find in any store in South Africa considering its Winter in South Africa but I found that on Next. I understood that it would be an imported item so 40% import duties,15% VAT and documentation fees will be payable in South Africa. The goods arrived in less than a week which is faster than some local online shops and the quality is superior to what you would find on Takeallot. I would rate 5 if Next had precalculate the customs costs before checkout but it is mentioned in terms and conditions. If you are looking for cheap stuff not for you. If you are looking for medium priced including the shipping costs then I would recommend this site.

First time I managed to successfully send a gift to my friend in Germany. I am from South Africa. So many sites the payment failed or no response. This was easy to order and pay and I was notified of the order and delivery with no unnecessary spam. The flowers were beautiful. Thank you and we'll done Flora Queen.

From ordering to delivery was very efficient. The product really helped my cousin post surgery. So it is worth the price but I which it was cheaper so more accessible to more pain suffers.

all went well easy to order, good feedback on status of my order, I was unhappy with the local courier guy, but they surprised me with a 15% discount which was totally unexpected. Very pleased will definitely use you again.

All was good ordering, paying, pricing and tracking but the delivery person was not cooperative as i was not at home and asked him to leave it between my gate and door. He just ignored me and left. Keenan from the Logistics company helped me resolve and I got my lenses.
