Extremely frustrating organisation to deal with. So much red tape that it may as well be a government organisation.
Keep getting repeated texts from BUPA that the form filled in by my GP isn't complete. Apart from the long waiting time to get in touch with an agent, I keep getting information being drip fed to me as to what's wrong with the form. The last time I called I was told that my form waa incomplete due to reason X. This was rectified. After another 10.dqys I get another text suggesting my form is incomplete yet again. Waited for 10 mins on the phone but no response from BUPA.
Why wouldn't BUPA pick up the phone and let me know what the issue with my form is?.Or perhaps simply email me telling me (In one go) what all issues i have with my form?
Some customer service would really help??!!
Absolutely terrible organisation to deal with. Talk about health insurance- their lack of customer service has alraedy spiked my stress levels.
