Extremely frustrating organisation to…

Extremely frustrating organisation to deal with. So much red tape that it may as well be a government organisation.

Keep getting repeated texts from BUPA that the form filled in by my GP isn't complete. Apart from the long waiting time to get in touch with an agent, I keep getting information being drip fed to me as to what's wrong with the form. The last time I called I was told that my form waa incomplete due to reason X. This was rectified. After another 10.dqys I get another text suggesting my form is incomplete yet again. Waited for 10 mins on the phone but no response from BUPA.

Why wouldn't BUPA pick up the phone and let me know what the issue with my form is?.Or perhaps simply email me telling me (In one go) what all issues i have with my form?

Some customer service would really help??!!

Absolutely terrible organisation to deal with. Talk about health insurance- their lack of customer service has alraedy spiked my stress levels.

Would have given a negative rating if I…

Would have given a negative rating if I had the option.

Live review just as we have started the day with the 2 men sent to us today. The main person is extremely rude, says this is not the job that he was given, tells us that this is a job for more than 2 people and throws a huge strop.
Then when requested to renove the shoes to just show them the property, he doesn't listen. When reminded again, he shouts back saying we needed to provide the carpet protection as he needs to keep his shoes on for insurance. We asked them if they had some carpet protecrion as most of the moving companies we have dealt with before use them for moving to which he shouts back saying, it costs money to get the protection cover for the carpet. We told him we had no problem paying for it. Having enough of his attitude, I told him to check his tone after which he tells my husband that he wouldn't deal with me?!!

We hired this company as we had been told it was a decent company.

We are totally SHOCKED!

Already a very stressful day has been turned into a miserable nightmare dealing with this individual.



Thanks for looking into this but sadly the behaviour and experience can not be excused. The additional crew had to be sent as your company got it wrong in terms of how many men were needed for the job. So not only did we have a rather rude and u professional person to deal with first thing in the morning but we were also sent half of the number of People that were needed for the job. So, your response below is meaningless in all honesty.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBKE COMPANY ane people…

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY ane people who work there.

We have been pushed from one call center to another to file our complaint. The people we have spoken to have bee. Extremely ride and unhelpful. They don't know what customer services means.

The complaint is relating to the property below

We rented this property yesterday. To our shock we found the property (which looked amazing on Booking.com) in a terrible state. The kitchen was dirty, the bathroom toilet is clogged, no hoover has taken place for the last few days and it's absoliyrkt FILTHY.

Since Dan Center doesn't take calls after 5pm (which in itself is quite shocking) after a long wait I was lucky tomspeak with a human the next morning at 9.10am. The person was extremely.unhepful, rude and obnoxious. We requested the property to be cleaned and after being vague snd rude he said he would someone. To our shock, no one showed up the entire day. We again called up the center to be only.rold that maybe someone would come the following day but they were not sure.

We asked them to give us the himebr tk raise a formal complaint snd get some refund only to be given different numbers. Every number we call gives us another number to call to file a complaint.

This is a scam and this company is a disgrace to all the landlords who have given their properties to them to manage.

Stay away from any properties managed by this company.

We are shocked that a Danish company could be so unprofessional and its employees, so obnoxious and shameless.


@Theo despite sharing our contact details NO ONE BOTHERED CONTACTING US.

ITs Day 3 and no one has still shown up for cleaning. The toilet remains clogged. So we have had to share one bathroom amongst us.

We are so shocked and have had just a terrible experience that we have decided to leave the property one night earlier.

WE EXPECT A REFUND!!!!

Booking reference- 413168. I am suicked that you couldn't pick up the phone to call.us all this time. This was provided to you in addition to the property details. Perhaps expecting too much for you to call us instead of us to check what's going on amd to put two and two together to find our booking reference.


UPDATED RESPONSE ON 9/10/24

After chasing the company over the two months we only.got excuses and issues saying they were looking into the matter.

Today, however, they asked us for pictures of the property!!! TWO MONTHS AFTER EVERYTHING?!

That means they haven't bothered even cleaning the house or even unclogging the toilets??!!

This clearly means they have NO INTENTION of looking into rhe matter let alone refunding us our money.

ABSOLUTELY DIAGUTING COMPANY EITJ NO CORPORATE VALUES WITH AN EQUALLY TERRIBLE CUETKMER SERVICE AND PEOPLE TO MATCH IT.

SHOCKED TO SEE HOW A DANISH COMPANY COULS BE THIS BAD. SHAME ON YOU FOR ROBBING USBOF OUR HOLIDAY AND OUR MONEY.

Your updated response and so called help is a joke. You haven't refunded us for the nights that we couldn't stay in the house and have had the cheek to tell us you'd waive a fee of DKK 250 (approximately £30) which you were going to charge us over and above???!!!

IS THIS YOUR SOLUTION??? PLEASE TAKE A COURSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICES FIRST- THE DANISH GOVERNMENT PROVIDES FREE EDUCATION - SO LEARN SOMETHING!!!

THIS IS A JOKE AND SHAME ON YOU FOR LETTING DOWN YOUR CLIENT AND YOUR COUNTRY.

Stay away from this company

Got in around 8pm. The house has bo bedding. The dishwasher hasn't been emptied. Fridge is not clean. And the working hours of rhe company are until 5pm. This is shocking for a company that operates in holiday homes.

Paid a packet and got the worst ever service and house.

House property is:

WILL NEVER BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN - DIDNT THINK DANISH COMPANIES COULD BE THIS BAD.

Leaves a really bad impression on tourists about how things work in Denmark

Absolutely terrible experience with…

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. We handed over the car for a car wash / cleaning service at the airport. After a long International flight, we collected the car keys feom the conpany expecting a clean car. Whilst we were charged for the service, when we got to the car, it wasn't cleaned..We called the company only to be told that we needed to go through the whole administration process of taking pictures of the car and emailing them to the company before they would refund us our money. This is after we were charged for a service they didn't deliver! The lady was terrible to speak with, with no apology or any idea of customer service.

Absolutely terrible service and customer experience.

Despite the below response and another email to chase our refund, we've still not received our refund. Enough said.

Thank you for your review and the conversation over the phone with Andras. As explained, there was a system error on our end that resulted in your car not being cleaned. For that I can only apologize.

The only way we can verify whether the car was cleaned when the system fails is by reviewing photos from our customer. It's not that we don't believe you, but this is the only real way to check. Additionally, the payment for the cleaning service is processed through CPH Airport when booking parking, which unfortunately we cannot control. However, as explained to Andras, we can have CPH refund the amount as quickly as possible. This has now been done, and Andras has been informed.

We apologize for the incident and any inconvenience caused.

Terrible experience and don't know if I will get my money back

First, the delivery was due on 6th June (I had specially.ordered the dresses for an ocassion).As there was no show I checked the tracker only to realise that there was no movement on the order and there was no update provided by the company to notify me of a delay.

Second, the customer services was to help expedite the delivery vut instead I received an email of a conception of order and a full refund even though that's not what I had instructed.

Third, I have only received partial refund.

Finally, Despite sending customer arevices two chaser emails no one has bothered to get back to me.

We had the most disturbing experience…

We had the most disturbing experience with one of the tutors who started sending us abusive texts because they couldn't agree ti to the pre-agreed arrangements.
Just a few hours before the first class, we got last minute texts sto rearrange the location of the class and when we did not agree to the change and raised it with Apprentus the abusive texts continued.

What's even more shocking is that despite sharing all the texts and requesting for a refund, we haven't had a single call from thr company to check in let alone get a refund.

The company charges an additional.fee for the first time you book a tutor. In this case, the said teacher was the first teacher ee booked through the site. So we have been charged for the tuition we never had a service which has been extremely poor.

Despite reminding Apprentus of the refund we have heard nothing.

It's been a truly disappointing and shocking service. The quality of the tutors and the service is highly questionable!!!

Absolutely frustrating

This is a rather frustrating review for TUTOROO Copenhagen. We have been charged for 2 lessons a week even though we made it clear that we can't do 2 lessons a week. When we raised this with TUTOROO they kept pushing us to take the 2 lessons per week. Despite explaining them that we couldn't do so and repeatedly requesting for our refund for the additional lessons paid, we have not heard back from TUTOROO. But we keep getting more tutors pushed to us every week.

Have had a really difficult time with…

Have had a really difficult time with this company. They seem to keep charging you even if tour tutor isn't available and unless you take a specific number of lessons a month the balance is just eaten away.

Our tutor has just notified us that they are closing their turotibg services and we can't even contact anyone from customer services. Reason given: they have too many messages and can't handle anymore!!
We can't even use the unused balance to try a new tutor so we now need to wait for our refund from the tutor who can't do any more lessons and have to pay additional to try a new tutor. Terrible business model and definitely not customer-centric

Our son's classes keep getting cancelled with no notice at all. It's absolutely terrible and frustrating to deal with this company. Stay away!

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. Got a package shipped from the US and paid my custom duty on it. When I tracked my package it showed that Postnord had made a delivery attempt which was a complete lie as I was home the entire day. Additionally, there was no communication from PostNord to provide any option pf wither requesting another delivery or if I could collect my package from a designated Post Nord office by myself.

I have been trying to reach PostNord customer services which is absolutely appalling. There are no humans but an automated message only in Danish which runs for 1 min and then disconnects.

I don't know, therefore, if I will ever get my package.

Absolutely frustrating company to deal with.

Absolutely terrible experience!

Absolutely terrible experience!! The teacher allocated to us was extremely nosey about our financials and would keep asking our child during class questions around where his parents had invested, what he knew about our investments etc. Secondly, he couldn't clarify a fair number of concepts so much so that our child stopped asking any questions. Over time the teacher started taking little breaks during the class. Worst of all, when a request to change the teacher was raised with the firm, no action was taken. We had to chase them over the entire week. There was no apology and nor did the person contacting me on the 6th day know what the issue was. He hadn't bothered reading my mails with regards our concerns. It was only when I raised that I would be taking this up to a senior level that someone found a tutor with wrong timings!

Totally fed up with this organisation with such terrible tutors and customer service. It seems like a bunch of cowboys running the show.

Coming back as had rated this company very poorly given shipment issues. However, I have had the most amazing customer service. Jess, has gone above and beyond to help me with my order. Absolutely terrible service and equally terrible quality. Not sure how it's a luxury brand. I had ordered their product for my hsunands birthday (saved up a fair bit for it). The encryption was terrible (already fading and broken). The quality of the product looks rather cheap and worse off, its taken them ages to deliver the product.

Terrible service

Terrible service, contradictory advice and highly patronising accountants.

I had the recent unfortunate experience where the accountant advising me of my dividend situation was not only inpatient witn my queries, but was also extremely rude and subsequently hung up on me.
Instead of explaining me on areas that I didn't understand (isn't that part of the service?), he decided to hang up on me because he didnt check facts of my company at his end.

When speaking with his manager, I got a similar treatment where despite complaining about the service levels, I was told I would need to wait until they had "heard" the audio recording of the conversation?!

To make maters worse, both accountants gave me opposite dividend planning advice!


And as if it wasn't already bad, I received a separate email from the firm asking me to follow yet another different approach.

Not only am I shocked at the lack of client engagement skills and service levels by the accountants, I am really confused as to what the correct accounting guidance I need to follow.

It's truly heart breaking to see I have paid so much fees to get this service and advice.

Sadly, I don't even know who further to raise this with.

I feel totally clueless and helpless about this situation.

TERRIBLE SERVICE

we paid a premium price for the taxi service and the taxi never showed up. When we called the customer Services (which took some time to connect) we were told that the cab was running late and they had no idea how late!!! We waited until we had to cancel the cab. Terrible service!!! What used to be q reliable service a few years back jas really gone down the drain... very sorry to see the state of this company.
