Ordered with a date of delivery set, no delivery so contacted as per the tracking details.
Yes they got back to me with the normal 3 working days and did you know you can track your ordered using the following link Hello that's why I am contacting you please read the mail I sent.
Several emails later with the same link attached to say the item was damaged in transport and I would get a refund and i can go back through the process and reorder "no thank you" however I looked at the website and the item is out of stock ??? i have received several emails since standard auto mails saying you will get the refund in 3 working days another saying 7 days. I have had similar issues with this company in the past but definitely will not be using them again and will advise others to give them a swerve. Not sure of the products they may or not be good but for online ordering stay clear is my experience.

Delivered exactly what was advertised efficiently and good value definitely will use this service again

My honest opinion there is a serious problem with the logistics and seems the customer service dept are overwhelmed with complaints as a result.. recently fitting out my home spent 3k+ on furniture but still awaiting one piece was contacted with a date not a time (although the small print gives you options) took a day off work to receive and no show I was again given a 2nd date took another day off work again no show.. even the delivery company contact me to give me a 3rd date and committed again no show... like other reviews contacting customer service is another costly exercise waiting for more than 30mins each time but getting nowhere.. from Ireland you can't put in your number for a call back... The Cork store I bought the items have been less than helpful I have contacted the manager with a Promise of a call back None contacted a 2nd time and said once we take your money we have no control (what a cop out) no folllow up or help given by the store manager (no communication) however her sales staff who have tried to help... will say the sales staff are really nice so getting something over the counter is a good experience... liked the store but will never shop here again.. and will advise anyone please go elsewhere if you want and expect a service...
