Bad customer support, very slow delivery
UPDATE
The band has finally arrived.
I made an order on Sunday (August 11th) and on their website, it says delivery in 1 day, so I expected it Tuesday latest. Up to the day (August 15th) I haven't received anything, not even tracking number. Just contacted support, there is an automatic email that says that there is a delay with their partner PostNL. Sent two different email now, got the same answer to both of them. It looks like a scam at that point!

Worst customer service.
Worst customer service. They treat you as a criminal and instead of trying to help you they are arguing you. Acting superior and look down on you. This kind of customer service damages the reputation of the website and it makes it really difficult to make an order.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Avoid at all costs. Negative reviews on their website are probably deleted and also many of the review are fake, in my opinion. I ordered 10 items, all of them arrived with different brands. They just collect different Chinese clothes and promote them as maternity clothes. The quality is cheap and almost all clothes look like they were sewn in a sweatshop. Quality is simply disappointing.

Only care about new customers, extremely bad customer support
Very bad customer support. There is NO live chat, even though they have it as an option. When I contacted them thru the chat, a Russian lady contacted me in RUSSIAN. After said I need support in English and she said that I will be forwarded, the chat just stopped working... it said "you will be contacted in 3 minutes" and that's all you will get!
Most of the items on the website are sold out (which is not a problem). The real problem is that the filter menu doesn't work properly and one cannot filter only the available product..thus you have to scroll thru all products.
!!! BE AWARE
Finally, be aware that if you buy,, let's say a dress in size M. If, in the moment that you fulfill Your order, this size is no longer available, the next available size will be automatically added to your cart, substituting the size that you added previously!

No refund after not sending tickets on time
I book 2 tickets from them and paid for them the night before our flight (at around 10 p.m.). Our flight was at 8 a.m. in the morning and at that time, we still haven't received our tickets, so that we could not check in at the airport and we missed our flight. For more than 2 months I want a refund for the case, and their customer support does not give me any information regarding what is going on with the process of refunding my money.
