I had a car accident, the bonnet had a slight dent in it (I was in a queue of traffic, at a crawl I went into the back of the car infront) . My car was sent to Rye Group garage to be assessed, I was given a enterprise courtesy car. Rye Garage estimate it will cost £3600 to fix the dent in my bonnet 🤣🤣🤣!
Things get worse, My problems started when enterprise started calling me wanting their car back, Rye Garage said they had sent a car report to 1st Central a week ago and gave me a date and time. 1st Central said that they didn't receive it. After many phone calls me chasing them finally they admitted that they had received it, it was being 'processed' and an 'engineer' would call to give me the results of assessment. No phone call. It's like I am doing their job for them. I'm constantly chasing them. I've put in a complaint but it's done nothing to speed up getting this 'engineer' phone call. I've been informed a decision has been made on my car but they can't tell me, it has to be from this elusive 'engineer' to call. I'm so disappointed with the service.
