Nice products but you're tied to their ordering format

I really like Purdy and Figg products.
But they are inflexible with ordering options. After a bit of email ping-pong with their customer service the answer was:
You can only order starter kits or the preselected sets.
Unfortunately as this doesn't work for me and my requirements I'll sadly not be ordering anymore products from them.
Shame they could have had me for life.

Yes this seems to be working...

I've used the deodorant for 4 weeks now.
For the first 2 weeks my tops really stank of BO, I didn't trust that it would improve. I was having to wash my clothes more often so i wasn't convinced on the environmental benefits i was contributing to.
HOWEVER. I've been using the deodorant a month, and I can say that my underarms no longer stink lol! So I've reinstated my subscription but have decided to try the different scents. The fresh scent doesn't last but nordo i smell of bo. Maybe that's a good thing as it won't clash with my perfume.
I'm going to up-score my review to 4 and will revisit the review during the hot summer months with an update.

The product smells nice. It'd be a expensive mistake if you don't like it or the product doesn't work for you.
I've been using the deodorant for 3 weeks. I'll be honest and say it's not working for me. I find by the end of the day my tops smell of bo as the effectiveness wears off during the day. So before with my usual deodorant I'd be able to get 3 wears out of a top. Using this deodorant I only get 1 wear, then it's straight in the washing pile.
I also tried another method of using it before bed, and again in the morning. But it made no difference. So taking into account all the above, I'm not sure this is cost effective or good for the environment due to the additional washloads I'm having to do
But every woman's body is different and will react differently. This is just my experience.

Easyjet 5*

I was flying Luton to Geneva. Luton Airport is rubbish. Customer service, staff on the floor, organisation. No-one cares.
However, easyjet. So the seats are easyjet, but they must have poached staff from British Airways because the airport checkin staff and flight cabin crew were fantastic. So professional, classy manner. I was impressed. I'll definitely fly Easyjet again

Update:
I'd like to say thank you to this company for acknowledging my concerns and further advice.

This product works and I would recommend it to people with sensitive skin conditions. My rosacae improved after 3 weeks of using. It is probably best to order from the desktop version of the website rather than mobile. I found it easier to use.

My skin was a bit sensitive to the doser so I slowly brought it into my routine, however that meant I kept receiving the daily doser which was piling up and running low on the cleanser and moisturiser. I tried to buy just the cleanser and moisturiser which was working for me, but I couldn't. I was left with no choice but to cancel my subscription. I then got a call from a customer service person that said basically nothing could be done to help me, that it was impossible to order just the cleanser and moisturiser as it wasn't the company business model.

So even though your products work for me, your inflexible company policy does not. I would be a long term returning customer so it's really sad that you won't sell the cleanser and moisturiser separately to people with particularly sensitive skin like me. I guess you don't care.

So its back to the drawing board to search for alternative products. I'll be trying inky, La Roche Posay, Avene etc.

I'll change my review once you change your business model.

Go one size up

Next want me to feel fatter by forcing me to go up a size for their clothes to fit... I think Next are going down the Topshop route... were skinny is good.
So Hobbs, Phase Eight, M&S are kind to me and I feel happy. But Next, you'll be crying when the clothes arrive fatty.
3 stars and not 1? Yep because I like a lot of their styles, I just turn a blind eye to their cruelty 😂😂😂

Good but not great

I had a Specsavers eye test, got the results, ordered my Specsavers glasses but decided to also try this company. Firstly it was a fast delivery 2weeks. (Specsavers 5 weeks... Yer I've not received them yet "because of covid")
The Goggles4u lens seems to be correct and comfortable.
The frame is not balanced so are actually wonky on my face 😂
As with most places, the cheap frame price is just the frame alone, the lens and everything else is on top.
I would consider using Goggles4u again. But I wouldn't expect perfection...how can you when you can't try them on for a comfort test.

Not impressed

Placed an order online for a jacket, they stated 2-3 days delivery, 5 days later still no delivery. I chased them. It turns out that they didn't have stock nor did their stockist... But they were happy keeping hold of my money and not informing me of the situation until I chased it.
Once I alerted them to the no delivery they did offer alternative and responded quickly. But it's not the point, if they new they didn't have stock they shouldn't have processed the order in the first place.
So I shopped here going by the positive reviews of the company. But I was left very disappointed by my experience with them.

So bad!!

I will edit review with an update as soon as this sorry mess is sorted... right now it's still on going!
I had a car accident, the bonnet had a slight dent in it (I was in a queue of traffic, at a crawl I went into the back of the car infront) . My car was sent to Rye Group garage to be assessed, I was given a enterprise courtesy car. Rye Garage estimate it will cost £3600 to fix the dent in my bonnet 🤣🤣🤣!
Things get worse, My problems started when enterprise started calling me wanting their car back, Rye Garage said they had sent a car report to 1st Central a week ago and gave me a date and time. 1st Central said that they didn't receive it. After many phone calls me chasing them finally they admitted that they had received it, it was being 'processed' and an 'engineer' would call to give me the results of assessment. No phone call. It's like I am doing their job for them. I'm constantly chasing them. I've put in a complaint but it's done nothing to speed up getting this 'engineer' phone call. I've been informed a decision has been made on my car but they can't tell me, it has to be from this elusive 'engineer' to call. I'm so disappointed with the service.
