The order came to Hungary. Next chose the cheapest delivery company, which is the most problematic in Hungary and often does not deliver home even if they are paid to do that. This was the case also for me, so I retargeted it to a pick up box. Anyway, I got the trousers, but they were soooooo big, so I had to return them. But return is not paid and it costs half of my trousers. I just hope that at least the refund will be organised.

The delivery guy requested me to come down with my hurting back to the street to pick up my package for Zooplus. When i went down and said that I expected him to come up, he said that if I'm in Hungary I have to speak in Hungarian, he called me a "b..ch" and told that I should go home. Well, I submitted two complaints to Zooplus and to Sameday. If it's not handled properly and if this guy keeps working there, I will take it to Hungarian Customer Protection authority.
