I waited for 2 months to get the refund I was told I was entitled to since I received the wrong size twice. They told me they would cover the shipping cost which was about 25 euros. I got the money for the products but never for the shipping. I sent over 10 emails and they always said they would take care of it. Finally, they said: We sent the refund long ago, although I never got it. So I gave up in the end but they lost another customer.
