This is a silly accusation, by someone who is not a customer that I'm aware of. The LeanRite is an excellent product that won awards at the Ergo Expo when it was introduced. It is expensive and was knocked off by a competitor that is selling online. LeanRite still has inventory, so we have kept it on our website. It is supported by the owner of the company, whom I know, and is local to the Chicago area.

Prices are double and they admitted they are not reliable

According to Komal B, Prathamesh T. and Nathan X.:
they don't care that they serve price comparison at double the price of other providers.
So this is just marketing

Edit: their answer is just an AI bot, when I provided all details through email the answer was "However, if you feel the prices are not reliable"
Edit 2: what a fake answer, I don't have a booking, just told you you were charging double, support is the worst I have ever seen

Amazing tea, but they don't have a support team

Amazing tea, support is nonexistent.

Bought from them, one of the items was wrong, immediately contacted in 2minutes the support, one week have passed, no one even cared to answer me.

Edit: changing my rating from 3 stars to 1 star due to Kusmi Tea attitude, they answered in hours in Trustpilot, but my support tickets (5+) not a single one has been answered in more than one week.

I will be buying from now on from Amazon, support is non existent.

Pure trash.

Pure trash.

They have been great in the past, top notch customer service, now they say "there's nothing I can do, and kick out the chat" going downhill

Paid for fast premium delivery, my package got lost, they don't know where it was delivered nor can provide any info, can't refund, don't care, said "I need to close the chat", no follow-up.

New version is 10x any other software

They seem to be a new team from what I have heard. Been a user for long time, using Traderline and other software since they were quite similar, but since the new version that came out last week it makes Traderline 10x better than other solutions. Hope they keep the same level of innovation from now on.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. Had 150€ in my account in bitcoin (now valued at 300€), in 12 months they robbed the 300€ by enforcing fake fees.

If banks behaved like this there would be riots.
The most interesting, part, each fee was not taken from my balance, they transferred to another wallet, pure robbery.

Edit: as expected by a scam company answer, they said you have to read their terms of use so I leave you with this "The HitBTC Terms of Use document contains 15,260 words. At an average reading speed of 240 words per minute, it would take approximately 63.5 minutes to read"

Please note that HitBTC is not the only platform to implement the inactivity fee policy. This is a standard practice that exists in other exchanges as well.

Avoid Remax ExpoGroup at all costs

Avoid Remax ExpoGroup at all costs. I was charged over €11,000 by César Martins for zero proposals and strange visits. Despite multiple requests, I never received any proof of their work. Cátia Mota caused delays, costing me €1,000 in interest and fees. In the end, another agency had to find the buyer. Management didn’t even cared enough to call me back, just sent the invoice with a payment date of the same day. Unprofessional and a waste of money.

Got extremely sick, didn't even got my money back

Got extremely sick from one of their products, then one month after they say it was being recalled due to salmonella, than we complaint, than they said it was not a right test. So I asked for a simple refund since besides getting sick I haven't used the product, they refunded only 1/3 of the total cost. Stay away.
