I order from their website a month ago and unfortunately I paid the amount through the credit card. The request came to me quickly, but unfortunately it is incomplete and this is what they did not inform me during my request. I contacted them several times in order to request a refund for products that had not arrived and I had not received a response from them since.
Bad customer service and overt theft.

Thank god I pay for my subscription with pyapal.
I submitted a complaint to PayPal, and they accepted my complaint, and the web site is returning my money.

Several years ago they were the best, but recently customer service is poor and they are not answering messages discreetly. I received several shattered things from them, and I contacted them via e-mail with pictures, and the answer was totally ignored. Very poor customer service. I would never recommend dealing with them with home tools.

I tried their program several days ago and bought the full version to transfer WhatsApp chats from iPhone to Android device. but the program does not work and I do not recommend it because it is just a lie. When I asked them to return my money, they started procrastinating, lying, and ignoring my messages. Although they claim before purchase that the money will be refunded within 7 days if you encounter problems. But they are liars


I wish I could have attached my conversations with them here, and made you see how they ignored my messages and treat me so badly!!
