When they owe money
Lowell responded and resolved my query, although they denied the call had been cut short, this may have been a technical glitch my end, this happened twice, and my existing direct debit was canceled, there end, so while my money was returned promptly, there are issues with sime agents...
Lowell told me that due to an error, I had overpaid 290+interest and to contact them about a refund. The first agent took the details for the refund saying he'd pass them on, then wanted me to settle another plan, when I declined, the l8ne went dead. Thinking wed been cut off, I called back, spoke to another agent and repeated the call, he took my details, said he'd forward them, asked about settling another plan and put the phone down when I declined. Went through the same process with online chat. Then I received a msg saying the direct debit to the other plan had been canceled.
