I’ve loved Next for years but things have gone south. Several recent orders have had problems not just one. Unfortunately I think I need to find another company to shop with. Order this year took 6 MONTHS to refund for wrong size. Recent order has been stuck at shipping facility for weeks not delivered and customer service refuses to refund until they receive it back even though they can see I never got it. And they are probably charging me return shipping. They are just not reliable and customer service is worthless. It’s a shame because I like a lot of their clothes. Stay away now!

Ordered a hopscotch and stipe stencil for my sons eagle project and they both Arrived quickly and are of very high quality. They are thicker than I expected and big but did the job perfectly! It made the painting job of a bunch of 13 year old boys look professional.
