NEXT own me 1570Kr
I have ordered some goods which arrived faulty. I claimed and got approved the refund of return charges. The return postage costed me 1570 kr, yes that much. Nextdirect says that they have approved and the banking team has sent my refund on the 30/12/2020. I have still not received my postage refund! and if that not be enough I have been chasing them up, by ringing and writing several email ever since. They keep replying that the banking team will get back to me within 2 working days. They do not take the initiative to follow up or do anything! We are soon mid march and I still do not have any responce and no money on my account. They do not tell what the fxxx is going on and they do not return my money. I have spoken to my bank and they have no money outstanding. Now they no longer reply even to my emails. I think this is appalling for a company of such capacity and with such turnover!
When I lived in London and ever since I was happy with NEXT service and clothes, but I have to say, that I have now changed my mind. This is some sort of bull! I will no longer be using my 10.000 kr a year at NEXT, I will find a more reliable company.
