My previous plan was Silver

My previous plan was Silver, but to have a better coverage as an expatriate in
the Netherlands, I requested the Gold plan. I got a very good assistance from Kirsty representative team, in therms of follow up, feedback and well knowledge. She provided me a fast support, as was last minute request to upgrade. I really appreciate her help and care.

Efficient customer support team.

When I moved from London 🇬🇧 to The Hague 🇳🇱 as a expatriate, I was very happy to be able to buy online in one of my favourite 🇬🇧 multi brand store, Next.

Actually I was concerned about the delivery, and returns, until I found out there is in The Netherlands a Next warehouse!

I had a issue about my return (delivery), but soon I contacted the Next customer service, I received the support I needed.

The customer service team was very efficient: following up and fast feedback.

No doubt I will continue as Next customer while I living here, because the good customer service is the same as my time in London.
