It's been already a week and the item is not even with GOAT yet. The status is Order Packaged since the first day. Customer Services do not give clear explanation. In the world of a speed and tracibility, it's a big dissappointed from a company at this scale.

I start to think they're scammers. I placed an order two weeks ago. Order number: 255269102 There has not been a single movement on the tracking link they provided. I sent emails and never got response.
edit: after 8 days, I received a response (next day I wrote above, strange) that says it's lost in transit!
Do the refund ASAP!

"The worst" has a new definition: DPD
What an idiotic operation is this. They're just simply the best losing my packages and deliver them to the random addresses.
They manage to lost 4 packages in the past month.
Customer service? That's not exist. Just bunch of people who only knows to say "something is wrong with this package"
Congratulations. Now instead of using the word "worst", I simply say DPD.

It was a terrible experience. The Dsquared2 sweatshirt I bought was in a terrible state. I could have tolerated it for the price I paid, but what the hell? A huge makeup stain on the sweatshirt! As a man who has never worn makeup in his life, there was no way I could have caused this stain.
Of course I wanted to return it. However, CETTIRE said that they care a lot about quality control before sending the products and that they will not provide free returns.
There are only two possibilities. Either blind people are working on quality control or CETTIRE is a cunning company.
I will never, ever order from here again. It doesn't matter what the price is.

It’s the worst order management I’ve ever experienced with a company with that scale. I placed an order with two items. I accidentally chose wrong size for one of those items. So I immediately placed another order with correct size for both of the items.
It seems Order page does not have any option for the cancellation. So I immediately connected to a live agent. Guess what? You cannot cancel your order that you have placed just 30mins ago!!! They want you to go through with return process, WITHOUT A FREE RETURN OPTION!! So you cannot make an honest mistake while you place your order with this crappy webshop.
O insisted the live agent about the cancellation. So he came up with an idea. He said as soon as the shipping label is out, he will call the parcel back so it will never leave warehouse. It took 50 minutes for him to understand which order is that, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT PRESENT ANY ORDER NUMBER ON YOUR ORDER PAGE!! How horrific can this thing get more?!
Live agent guaranteed that he will personally will take care of this and I will get a full refund, without return deduction.
Guess what? Two days later, BOTH OF THE PARCEL WAS AT MY DOOR!!
I already send my parcel back to them. Lets see how horrific it’s gonna be to get my refund!
Stay away from this terrible webshop as much as you can.

AVOID!! Dear reader, as you can see, I made a mistake as many others by placing an order from this worst company I ever come across. Please you do not do the same mistake and do not even consider to place an order from here. It's been 13 days, nothing yet, answers are just same, no stock, coming from USA, tomorrow , few days for sure, bla bla. Same story with everyone. Positive feedbacks are possibly from them. I started the refund process from my bank.
In short: SCAM! AVOID!

I am deeply concerned and disappointed about my order, so I thought better to write it here. I could not recieve a tracking code after 5th day of my confirmed order! All my desperate attempts of reaching out to SP Connect via e-mail, contact form and social media were unsuccessful. All I got an automated email so far. I have a huge suspicion that is a scam website.
