After waiting weeks, 2 delivery men turned up with sofa, and said they couldn't deliver it as they needed 4 people. At no point along the ordering process was I informed larger items might need a different type of delivery- I assumed that the delivery service would have sent the appropriate team for delivery or at least contacted me if there was an issue. Customer service confirmed there is in fact no way of the customer specifying potential delivery issues/requesting that more people might be required to lift the item (although I'm not sure how a customer should be expected to know this). I now have to potentially wait another 7 weeks for them to deliver.
I would avoid ordering furniture from Next if you don't want to waste a day off and be left waiting for re-delivery.

Took about 5 attempts to get through the online payment process despite details being correct, had to start over again several times
