Pet Cremation a quality service

I chose Pet Cremation from the positive reviews they had received after the death of my beautiful little dog Stan. The compassion shown to me throughout this painful journey was so kind & all my questioned were answered.
Having had dogs for ever this was not the first time I had to deal with death but this was my first experience of feeling so connected with his final journey as Pet Cremation staff kept me continually apprised throughout my little dogs journey right up to receiving his ashes home.
I was very touched how they returned his ashes. A black satin effect box that housed his ashes box that had his name on the top & a card also with his name on it with a little heart at the side.
The care & attention for my Stan in death appeared equal to the love he had in life. This was so appreciated. Pet Cremation missed nothing within a realistic charge not supercharged like some other pet cremation services that clearly prey on a pet owners grief. I highly recommend Pet Cremation x

Paid redeemed no package????…

Why can’t we got I touch with Wowcher by phone? The very shoddy electronic grid that one gets referred to is pointless & not effective.
I purchased a folding table, redeemed & waited for delivery. So far all I can see is processing. If the company selling the table has not stock don’t keep selling! It seems that is what’s happened or they are scamming buyers. The fold down table.

Further to a note from wowcher saying that they will look into it. It’s now mid january 2025 and still NO delivery

DONT USE SKY!

I gave notice to sky & returned the equipment by recorded delivery. The fact that I received the postage box to return equipment is evidence enough of my giving leaving notice. Luckily I have a receipt as proof of postage Plus I was out of contract.
I have now received a threatening letter telling me that my service is restricted & I owe £60.50!!!!! How? I’m not with them nor do I have the equipment to have sky! Plus they will take legal action !!
Try calling customer service only to get a message of my restricted service. No other option to talk with human offered.
Contact site takes me to a robot.
Sky do not want to be contacted by the block for consumer to talk with anyone.
I’m exploring legal advice on the matter.

Left hanging

I needed to contact my car insurers Yoga. My initial contact was smooth and professional when reporting my accident. Unfortunately. After waiting nearly a month for further contact regarding arrangements for my car to be repaired I have had to chase one call claims who handle yoga claims without success. The contact site shows reports register error when trying to log on & there is no contact number. Very concerning.

Excellent tuition & course information

I recently completed The Introduction to Phlebotomy course. As I had a previous experience in venepuncture & nursing I chose the online course. The quality of the information was really well presented & highly informative. The MCQ tested the relevant clinical areas including important regulatory knowledge. I felt well prepared for the practical element of the course. The tutor made the day inclusive, educational & very relaxed. We had fun as a group that really gelled the whole day. I would highly recommend the course by Geospace & thank them for a brilliant experience.

Knowledge & Care service

I took my BMW x4 in for service with plenty of questions re how the service is done and relayed back to BMW via digital database. All questions were answered. The service was done and full report given with requested paper copy. The staff appear knowledgeable and very courteous. My new go to garage.

Josie Upholstery quality great but not Legs

We bought a archie 3 seater sofa and a josie cuddle chair in July of this year. The archie sofah has been fantastic but the legs on the josie are not great, they move so to bow inward or outwards depending on which direction the sofa is moved. We have tried to firmly screw them in but then they are the wrong way round. Weve hardly sat on it incase the leg folds in and the thread breaks. The overall sofah quality is good and well upholstered.
We would’ve stuck to the archie if we had foresight.

Budget scam in the true sense of the word

We flew with Wizz air in June. We viewed it as a budget airline with the budget elements that one would expect.
It was our return that caused us problems. When trying to raise our return boarding passes a message showed that I owed Wizz air 0.01 euro! How? Each add on one buys is a definitive cost that must be paid before it’s booked. E.g. seat number, additional case. Needing boarding pass I thought , pay it, get pass, dispute later.
Not so simple. Their system would not accept payment. No boarding pass. I spent all morning of my holiday trying to sort this out. Don’t bother calling Wizz Air the contact number doesn’t connect. Try email??? Try any form of contact, you will be disappointed. Stress and frustration on the up slope. Get to airport and tried to tell Wizz air desk staff who, informed me it wasn’t his problem and I needed to pay the 0.01 euro to get my boarding pass. On attending the general desk. The staff member looked confused at the humongous sum that Wizz air demanded and apologised but I had to pay a further £80 plus euros as I hadn’t printed my boarding pass! Seriously. I didn’t Even comment as I was exasperated by the scamming, unprofessional debacle. To date I have contacted this dreadful airline customer service 4 times. The responses are curt & dismissive that they would do this. I have the photo shot of my call log to show how many attempts and number called to them. A chat line that was useless. I have photo shot everything re this as for my evidence. They refuse to take responsibility for the ridiculous 0.01 Euro even though it’s from them on branded document. So I order to get on a plane home I was held to a form of scam that made me pay additional money before the boarding passes were issued! What dreadful service. Give Wizz Air a swerve. I’m not the only one & if others have had a Wizz air experience join in.

Trip.com Dreadful experience from start to…

Dreadful experience from start to nearly finish.
Name misspelt on booking form. Multiple emails to inform them everytime they returned email with name still misspelt.
Vague. The 2 stars are for the only representative that I spoke to that actually informed me that I should’ve been told that the system is corrected and that it will not interfere with booking in. Trip representing Wizz air. Called today as itinary not identifying that seats booked and paid. Coming up as not selected. Money taken from bank account by Wizz air. Trip.com contacted as they are the company rep via booking. According to operator no history of booking. Requesting another number that starts with Letter L but not on any documentation that I have. What a nightmare. So stressful. Request number of Wizz Air (their customer) told to Google it! Really! Never using this company again.

Review of Caffè Nero

Dirty & worn

I met with my niece for a coffee in cafe Nero yesterday at Whitely, fareham, Hants.
It doesn’t project somewhere that I would really relax in with my coffee.
The windows, dirty outside with huge cobwebs in the upper structure inside. The chairs are stained and dirty. Some really dirty & worn that I did not want to sit on it.
Considering the recent contactable pandemic the state of the chairs did not inspire confidence in hygiene safety. Yuk.
If it wasn’t for the staff who are very good it would’ve not got a star at all. shame I can’t upload my photos

Poor customer service access

Purchased & paid for x 2 rainbow knitted dresses different sizes. Order photo of individual items supplied by next.
One dress delivered but waited for other dress. Nothing has come.
On revision of the one dress delivered, photo of delivery evidence supplied, states item 3mths-7yrs. Interesting. It’s not that versatile.
Trying to find next customer service dept. Followed instructions and link back to my account as advised. The page indicates nothing to do with customer service contact options but a number. This number instructed me that I would have an hour wait before a rep would be available.
I’m summary. No dress for granddaughter xmas wardrobe, poor system management & distribution, minimal channels for customer contact who pay to keep company profits slim. No channel to correct.
Toss your money in the air and see where it lands.

Not Good

So this is the most confusing site & the most difficult to get in touch with.
It was only the luck of the venue box office being open and the outside helpful staff that I got in to see the show ‘Riverdance’ Portsmouth.
I spent hours firstly, texting a robot, texting the complaint contact with no help whatsoever. I had not received my tickets via email or electronically (as per QRcode).
I just took photos of the payment £148 from my account as proof of purchase and the ticket master app receipt (I was told this is not a ticket) & the confirmation booking of location of the seats.
The time is spent after arriving back home from days away working was not how I wanted to spend my rest time.
Thank you ticket master for your electronic incompetence I will avoid using you at all cost in the future

The whole process of buying a washing…

The whole process of buying a washing machine was simple. The wen site has detailed info re each machine inc energy efficiency. Buying was simple. Followed by a confirmation email & receipt.
Delivery was on time. Staff were courteous & smiley.

All Bar One Gun Wharf Portsmouth.

Visited All Bar One in Gun Wharf P’mouth.
Considering it’s amazing prime location & opportunity to stand out amongst the many competitor restaurants it chooses not to.
It was the staff that made our experience good. They were welcoming, friendly & helpful. Thank you.
The real sad observation esp in high contamination times was the state of the ladies toilet. All hand wash was empty bottles, toilet rolls put down toilets? Dirty & desperately in need of redecorating. No hand sanitising to be found.
Not a good standard at all & reflection on other areas of the resturant. Shame. ☹️

Admin response good. Collection not

I have found that the contact that I have sent Laura Reynolds, admin has always been responded to promptly.

But the 4 stars has been influenced by the drop in standard when I comes to contractually pre paid collection.
With respect to covid-19 closures, I have e requested collections that have not happened even though paid for.
Why do I keep having to arrange collection???
