Still waiting for a refund after 1.5…
Still waiting for a refund after 1.5 months and several times contacting customer service!
I received some faulty shoes, and contacted customer service as directed on the website. I was told to send the shoes back, and that they would be refunded, and that the return postage would also be refunded. I went ahead and sent the shoes, which I got a refund for, and then sent the proof of postage to the indicated e-mail in August. I am still waiting to be refunded the postage, and have contacted customer service on both chat and via e-mail. Each time I am asked to provide bank details etc, which I do, and they assure me each time that the refund will be processed immediately. I am still waiting for the promised refund.
Beware of shopping with this company, they will gladly take your money until there is a problem with one of their goods.
