I have ordered several items including shoes. All shoes that I ordered were size 42 but I received them all in size 41. One jacket also one size smaller. One top didn't came at all and instead they sent something COMPLETELY different in COMPLETELY different size. Leggings marked as size XXXL would fit size small or medium at most. I have ordered 10 items and only 4 were fine, but those are 3 accessories and one shirt. 6 items were sent wrong. This is very disappointing. I have contacted customer service but no respond after 5 business days.

Good online store. Fast shipping. I have ordered 3 dresses, two of them were really good quality, but the third one was not to good.

It took little long until they shipped my package. On of the lipstick had different package color from the cap and the rest of the lipstick. But overall good experience.

I have ordered my first order from nextdirect.com. After I finished my order I got an information that my order will be delivered at 11.11.19, the order arrived EXACTLY that day. EVERYTHING in the package was really good quality despite some of the items were on sale for only 3€. One thing that concerned me was, that only information about my order was a confirmation email. There was no order id and I couldn't see any information about it in my account on the website, no tracking info, nothing. I don't know how would I approach if I needed refund or something. For that matter I give this site 4/5 stars. I do recommend shopping here and I will definitely shop here again.
