Long shipping time - non existent customer service
I used to love Next for their cool designs and big variety of brands. I also ordered from them a couple of times in the pas 2 years.
Fast forward to June the 9th 2022, where I placed an order for a dress.
Two weeks later, no updates on where my parcel is. The initial tracking code provided must be wrong because I get no results from the DPD tracking page.
I contacted the customer service department online via chat, 3 times during the past 5 days and all I got was ''We will raise this issue with our supervisor and investigate further with the carrier company''.
Yesterday I got an email from the international customer complaints dpt. telling me that they will investigate further with the carrier company.
Doesn't solve my problem...
I ordered 2 weeks ago hoping that I would have received the parcel by today.
Customer service ineffectual in giving specific answers - the customer must chase them in order to get a response (if they're lucky enough to get one).
Will go to a nearby M&S store to get a dress as I'm in a hurry.
Never ordering again from them online - waste of time, peace and money.
