Switching suppliers was easy and the price is competitive. However, the connection with other users, even Smarty users, does momentarily drop out. This did not happen with BT or EE.

I frequently have a "network unavailable" message when trying to make phone to phone voice -calls which is frustrating
Excellent service. Great internet.
Cheap prices. Like the fact that it's a rolling month contract. Everyone else seems to be 2 years.
Easy to deal with. The app, dashboard etc is good. Tariffs are clear. Easy to add a few more Gb if run out.
The downside is the 3 signal which in more rural areas has caused problems, basically lack of.
I’m finding I’m unable to access the internet far less often than when I was with vodaphone - 4G is useless and I rarely get the option of 5G. Because of my sporting activities I seriously need good coverage. I am hoping things start to change now that Vodaphone and Three have joined and it is said that Smarty customers will benefit from this. If I don’t have evidence of that pretty soon. I will be leaving.
The pricing of the sim only deal is really good, I was happy with this BUT the local 3 network mast had constant issues meaning the connection was really poor.
The online service checker had the 'We are experiencing issues and will fix them as soon as possible' was displayed more often than not.
I have cancelled my sims and swapped to another supplier using O2 equipment which is much better in my area.

After being an EE customer for 20 years I finally took the plunge and swapped to Smarty.
So glad I did. 4 months in now and saving £10 each month.
The switch was easy and I'm very satisfied with the service. I can cancel at anytime as not locked into a 2-3 year contract.

For some reason my signal at my home or anywhere near it is non existent. It has been like this for a few months now. I will be changing provider shortly. I have next to no phone reception and no internet reception either. It used to be fine. And I would have stayed. The user interface is good. But the signal is awful. Travelling around the country it is very patchy compared to other providers.
After over 32 years with Vodafone, I finally made the switch to Smarty Mobile—and I couldn't be happier. Despite my long-standing loyalty, Vodafone offered no incentives to stay, which was disappointing. Smarty, on the other hand, impressed me with their straightforward pricing, flexibility, and excellent coverage. The transition was smooth, and I feel valued as a customer again. Highly recommended for anyone tired of being taken for granted.

Simple PAC code switch a few minor issues so tried to talk to someone OMG spent literally hours on an online messaging system trying to get past the auto response system and when I did was disappointed with apathy

I was with 02 for a number of years but their prices was going up and I wasn't happy with their service and a colleague was with Smarty and it sounded like a better deal so I moved and I haven't had any complaints with Smarty service so I am sticki g with them
