The coverage and stability of connection has deteriorated significantly over last year, now my internet connection being interrupted several time a day at the same spot where it used to be stable, and the mobile calls being possible only from particular place on the 1st floor (use to be possible on the ground with some problems and stable on the whole 1st floor). The place being my home - the matter is quite important to me, and being Giffgaff customer for years I had the opportunity to monitor the quality.

I recently bought a refurbished iPhone from Giffgaff. The sales page clearly stated that “all phones will have a minimal battery health of 80%. Mine arrived with battery health of 77% and despite attempting to contact anybody to help, I was unable to make contact. The phone is in good condition, but I had to replace the battery.

I have been with giffgaff for almost a decade now, and honestly, I don't think I will ever use another provider. They are hands down the best mobile phone network. They seem to genuinely care about their 'members', are great value for money, and I've never had any issues with them.
They have various plans to suit everyone's needs and several times I've had messages from them asking if I would like to reduce my plan to save myself some money as I wasn't using all of the data on my current one!
I couldn't recommend them enough, in fact I've successfully converted a lot of my family and friends to them. I don't sing praises for a lor of companies, but this one deserves it.

Like most features but HATE that I have no signal in Southport town centre as Giff Gaff jumps onto 02. It may be the thing that makes me go back to EE 😢

My journey with giffgaff has been nothing short of supreme. In my honest opinion, they stand head and shoulders above all other providers in the UK, delivering an experience that truly redefines what a mobile network can be.
One of giffgaff's standout features is its unparalleled flexibility. Gone are the days of being tied down by restrictive, lengthy contracts. With giffgaff, I have complete control over my monthly plan, or 'Goodybag,' as they call it. I can easily change my Goodybag up or down each month based on my data, call, and text needs, without penalty or hassle. This level of adaptability, combined with incredibly competitive pricing, makes their phone monthly plans not just affordable but perfectly tailored to individual usage patterns. It’s the ultimate freedom for a mobile user, ensuring you only pay for what you truly need.
Beyond the practicalities of a mobile network, giffgaff fosters an exceptional sense of community. The 'Giffgaff community' isn't just a forum; it's a vibrant, helpful ecosystem where members genuinely support each other. Whether I've had a technical query, needed advice on choosing a Goodybag, or just wanted to share an experience, the community has always been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. It truly feels like being part of something bigger, a network run by its users for its users, which is a rare and brilliant thing in today's market. This unique model contributes significantly to the overall positive experience and truly sets them apart.
If there's one minor lament I have, it's that giffgaff doesn't currently offer home broadband services. It's a genuine pity because if they could extend their fantastic model of flexibility, value, and community to home internet, I would switch in a heartbeat. However, this is a small quibble that doesn't diminish the outstanding quality of their mobile service in any way, as it's not their primary offering.
Having experienced numerous mobile providers over the years, I can confidently say that giffgaff truly surpasses them all. They strip away the frustration, hidden fees, and convoluted terms often associated with other networks, offering a transparent, user-friendly, and empowering service. From the simplicity of activating a SIM to the ease of managing my account, giffgaff prioritises the customer experience above all else.
In summary, giffgaff has cultivated an undeniably supreme mobile experience. Their commitment to flexibility, genuine value, and an excellent, supportive community sets an industry benchmark. For anyone seeking a mobile network that puts you in control and truly delivers, look no further.
Thank you, Giffgaff, for being the best!

I've been using giff gaff for a few years now and have never had any problems apart from the odd spot which is signal free where I live. The prices are good and are very adaptable so it never costs more than it needs to.

New to Giffgaff and wish I'd read the reviews before joining them. What a waste of time, no data, no reception, can't make calls texts. No customer service agents to talk to, all online messaging, which gets ignored. And topping up or paying your bill?!? Almost impossible and very confusing pointless website. Avoid Giffgaff at all costs!! If you've seen the advert of the woman screaming down a traffic cone?!? Well she's screaming because she's so frustrated at how crap Giffgaff is!!!
