Simple PAC code switch a few minor issues so tried to talk to someone OMG spent literally hours on an online messaging system trying to get past the auto response system and when I did was disappointed with apathy

Very friendly welcome by Paula who’s priority was obviously ensuring we made a decision on which mobility scooter to purchase based on our requirements not like some showrooms that guide you to the most expensive and are critical of cheaper options. Paula gave us pros and cons of numerous scooters allowing us to try them, her knowledge was great helping us with options to adjust various models etc wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store and Paula
Ordered online which was a very easy process literally which cover which caravan & done. Updates on order progress, particularly nice as often you wonder if you’ve been forgotten with some company’s. Delivered significantly quicker than expected. By far the easiest cover to put on and highly recommended

We experienced problems with the smartphone app not connecting properly to our heating system. We tried the “Switch it off and back on again” but nothing seemed to work. We rang Hive and within 5 minutes all was sorted great service importantly great understanding of the issue

All good except being able to reply to text It required a YES to confirm but after 7 “Delivery failed” messages we gave up and kept out fingers crossed that they turned up as arranged

Oct 23 - Purchased Canopy £480 & side panels £230 at NEC show from Tamworth Camping and given £35 discount “If we paid in full and to guarantee a November delivery” Nov - Canopy delivered but side panels would be Dec Dec - Sorry now January Jan - Sorry now February Feb - Sorry now March March - Sorry now MAY ! Asked for refund (£230) received £200 with a we’ve taken back £30 of the discount. Needless to say we wasn’t happy the discount was for paying in full and guaranteed Nov delivery AVOID Tamworth Camping 🤬🤬🤬
Either PC or input error my ticket order was incorrect - I contacted Customer services via their portal and within a couple of hours everything was corrected including a personal email from the person resolving the issue - Many thanks Chloe however you are !
Awful purchased flowers for my wife for our wedding anniversary, beautiful picture of what appears a large bunch of flowers £24.99
They arrived in a bashed box one colour not worthy of £5 from the local garage
