I have been with Smarty for just over 2 years and have found their service excellent. I have a monthly rolling sim with a fixed data allowance which, works well. I have used the phone/sim in many UK locations and abroad without problem, unless in a very remote area which is to be expected. I recently contacted support regarding setting up a group plan and was advised concisely and swiftly how it all worked. I can only speak for myself but I find Smarty an excellent provider.

Having found quite an old radiator leaking I needed a quick replacement, not all isolation valves isolate 100% when needed.! As I had an old imperial sized radiator I needed a close modern metric size which I quickly found on the Stelrad website. The online ordering system was simple to use and the delivery company were excellent. The radiator fitted well and to date none of my connections has leaked. I had a query regarding the supposed included mounting brackets which I could not locate, a call to Stelrad help line and I was told they would be sealed inside a bag between the 2 radiator panels. They were securely there! If I need another radiator in the future Stelrad will be the supplier.

I have been with Trooli for 2 years now and regard their overall service as exemplary. In the past I have had broadband supplied by some of the 'Big Guns' in the Industry with very variable results. This was not Fibre but copper wired systems. Speed variations, sudden loss of internet, lowering of speed 'guarantees' on contract renewals etc. Trooli speeds have never dropped below their quoted contract figures and IF there has been a potential loss of service ( usually maintenance) I have been emailed with the date and time in advance. I have requested, by email technical advice on using my own router instead of the Trooli supplied unit. The email was responded on the same day almost instantly by a phone call from their technical section explaining the way forward. To say I am impressed with this company is an understatement.

I made a double payment, by accident, to my So Energy account. Contacted them by phone and a refund was instigated immediately by Amna. No hassle, no fuss just efficiency.

In these days of automated, online form filling it was good to be able to talk to a human being to clarify insurance questions to ensure concise anwers. Insurance these days is not cheap so it is essential to make sure what you buy is what you need. In our case this saved us money. I found customer services adviser Luke to be very helpful as a guide and a credit to InsureandGo.

I have to say that I found the quality and speed of delivery from this company quite impressive. The images of the patterns on the website were very close to reality and it only took 4 days from ordering to receiving the roller blind. Dimensions were exactly as per requirements and the complete assembly was to a high standard.

I would like to commend GarageDoorsOnline for their excellent pre-sale advice and their after sales support.
I purchased a Seceuroglide roller door in 2012 from GarageDoorsOnline as a DIY project and after discussions the order was implemented and installed without any problems. It has worked well for many years.
Over the years I have had 2 examples of 'problems' that were soon sorted out by contacting GarageDoorsOnline.

1) A remote control became intermittent -- a copy of a resetting instruction was emailed by return.

2) In 2020 the roller door would open but refused to close, diagnosis showed a fault with the bottom slat sensor.
After contacting GarageDoorsOnline it was suggested that a split in the rubber seal could be the problem and they contacted the manufacurer for a suitable replacement. I purchased this and after fitting the door is as good as new.
It is refreshing to find a company that gives good advice before a purchase and then gives support after a sale.

I have always found Metals4U to be be excellent at supplying quality materials. Their range is outstanding and when they have run out of stock they quickly offer a substitute or inform you when the shortage can be fulfilled. As a hobby modeller I am very happy with their service and would recommend to others.

A very efficient company to purchase small to large amounts of material in many types and shapes. New cut to length service allows smaller amounts to be bought. Not always the cheapest for very small quantities but delivery, quality and availablity is worth it.

I am refurbishing a donwstairs cloakroom so wanted WC and washbasin to fit the space. All the website items had full descriptions and sizing drawings available online. no problem working out what would fit and what would not.

Sent in an email which was answered quickly.
Goods ordered and arrived reasonably promptly even allowing for the snow in some areas.
