I already have a data only plan with Smarty which has been up and running for a months without issues; however, I've recently moved from o2 to Smarty and although I had the correct PAC number along with my correct mobile number I wanted to port there was a bit of confusion with the transfer and after a live chat that didn't seem to be getting me anywhere at the time, Team Smarty jump in with emails they resolved the situation within 24 hours for me. I hope everyone who encounters and problem with porting their mobile number gets it sorted as quick, thanks guys.
