I bought a spa experience day for my wife and daughter which was promoted as being ok for teens. when my wife has come to book it the spa shows it as 18+. have sent 2 emails (14 and 15 days ago) both of which received an automated response saying they would get back toe in 24 hours. no response from spabreaks.com. I have tried calling 3 times and I have sat in hi of for over an hour on 3 separate occasions. how am I supposed to contact this company!!
Edit. I haven't seen any correspondence from you. I have returned my reference numbers as you requested through the review but still no communication.

Products are good however it is not clear they are being shipped from abroad and when the confirmation email that they are in stick and will be dispatched immediately I did not expect an almost 2 week delivery time.
