I needed to set up my Talk mobile account and was talked through the process by an extremely helpful and patient advisor.

All fine once I moved towards upgrade my sim, totally disappointed with the wait time on your chat line!!

Everything appears to be in order. I can’t remember if I was asked for a PAC code though as I want to retain my mobile phone number.

Having to change to a new deal because you’re cancelling my existing deal to get more money. Not pleased at all.
