Switching suppliers was easy.

Switching suppliers was easy and the price is competitive. However, the connection with other users, even Smarty users, does momentarily drop out. This did not happen with BT or EE.

Too much information was required to prove my honesty.

Bailey was helpful and made it clear that there was no time limit on my claim. This was just as well because I felt the amount of paperwork needed to prove my genuine claim was unnecessary. As soon as I was able to provide all the information, 3 months later, my claim and payment were settled promptly.

Generally a comfortable house with lovely rear views

The house we rented for 2 weeks was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We were pleased to see that the iron and washer/dryer had been replaced since our last visit. The flowers in the rear garden looked lovely, although it could do with weeding. Very soon the heating/hot water controller will need replacement AA batteries. There are none available. The black wheelybin was full when we arrived and not emptied throughout our stay. Two tiles in the family bathroom appear to be coming unstuck. The oven and some of cooking trays are greasy and will need a good clean during low season.

A trusted supplier

The ordering process was easy and delivery was prompt. The birds seem to enjoy the seed mix and suet strips.
My only criticism is that the 2 x 12.55 kilo items were packed in one box. 15 kilos is the maximum recommended weight per box.
