I recently installed a Smarty SIM in my phone to replace my O2 SIM. I was slightly confused when I tried to activate it partly because I already had a Smarty SIM in my tablet. I contacted the Smarty chat line which was excellent. They helped me through the activation and the transfer of my O2 number. I was very impressed with the service .
It's worth saying that I have no connection with Smarty other than as a happy customer!
