Sometimes I have slow internet or haven't at all. But they're trying, and I see their progress. I believe in this company. Service is nice!

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired

I would like the company to treat customers better, to appreciate each and value each. After the first purchase, I do not really want to buy a second time. I didn't see any trepidation. Sorry, but that's the impression I got. And it doesn't matter if I'm right or wrong. What matters is that you lost a customer.
I paid money for the delivery of goods to the hostel, and the company delivered to the airport. Although we did not agree on this. At the same time, they refused to compensate for the difference in distance. I was not warned that duties for the consignee may be charged when sending the parcel, although the company has been working on the market for several days and probably knew about them. To my questions, requests and indignation - instead of helping to solve the delivery of the package to its destination, the company decided to simply ignore and not respond to my letters.
