For some reason my signal at my home or anywhere near it is non existent. It has been like this for a few months now. I will be changing provider shortly. I have next to no phone reception and no internet reception either. It used to be fine. And I would have stayed. The user interface is good. But the signal is awful. Travelling around the country it is very patchy compared to other providers.

Signal strength can vary depending on your location, as well as the size and layout of buildings—particularly indoors. Occasionally, coverage may also fluctuate naturally, which is unfortunately beyond our control.

They set me up an account without my knowledge. I had a phone call as I had been on their website, they asked me for name and address which I stupidly gave them, I did not give them any bank details luckily. A week later people turned up to the house to install it, after one of the installers had urinated up a neighbours garage I might add! They’ve done a hard credit search against me without asking or telling me. Pretty sure it’s illegal what they’ve done to me. I have complained to trading standards.
