Generally good

I am a new customer 3 months. I like that I am not tied into a contract. The deal i have is a good price & competitive. In most areas the service is good but It is hit & miss at home as I dont live where there is a particularly good signal aparently. Calls tend to dip in & out at home depending on what part of the house i am in & I can miss calls but am always alerted when that happens. I am unable to rate customer service as I have not spoken to them.

Katie has been very patient & understanding, talking me through procedures. It's taken some time to end my contract with my current providor but she has kept in regular touch always telephoning on time.

Green Thumb have been looking after my lawn for a number of years. The local team in Newcastle under Lyme are always friendly, accommodating & respectful of my property. They take great pride in their work & are very knowledgeable. Any questions are always answered promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Good selection of handbags

I have purchased from this Company previously. The first handbag I ordered was not suitable. I telephoned asking if I could exchange it for a different style. After some confusion over my exchange & a second telephone call I received my order which I am extremely pleased with. The exchange was completely free. I didn't even have to pay return postage.
