Overall a good service as been received from Smarty. The attraction is a month by month payment and no contract. Smarty did however promise a gift for my partner for referring me and one for me. Not received either!!! Can this be rectified as part of your agreement. Thanks

The medium sized pond, was clearly neglected. There were attempts from water lillies to flower with a significant amount of tadpoles around the edges. Please do something with this pond. There are missed opportunities to provide information about the wildlife that depend on lavender and what types of bees are seen and the birds in the area. We saw two types of birds that were in the trees. The setting is beautiful without doubt but so much more could be done.
