The phone service, customer support and value for money are all fine, though not much different from some of their competitors.

Last time I checked, their international rates were amongst the best and the cost of a one-off topup when you are running out of data was much less than competitors.

It is also good that they don't keep ramping up prices as the larger companies seems to do at every opportunity.

Price was a little better than the competition, placed an order and the goods arrived a few days later

Have been using them for several months. So far, the service has been reliable and the plan is good value for money.

Of course there are a few limitations:
* For very occasional use, there are cheaper options
* They don't sell phones
* They use the Three network so coverage is less than EE
But I can live with those, so it suits me well.
