I could be better pleased with your service!
I am pleased with the service you supply, I tried to alter my plan last month and thought I had but I was still charged £20. Even though I had filled in the change on line! I think you make it to difficult to change as I have been trying to do just that and find I cannot unless I have auto-renew turned on, which is why I have turned it off because last time you just charged me the same. So I will let my plan expire and hopefully start afresh and if this doesn't work I will go elsewhere. The reason I want to change my plan is because I am using nowhere near what I thought I would, so feel I am wasting money. Simplifying the change process should in my opinion stop people looking at other companies. If there is a quick way to change plans then let me know because if it exists I could not find it! I await a response but not for long. Well I got a response, can't say I am pleased with it as it did not answer any questions or solve any problems. Of coarse you cannot implement immediate changes and whyn would anyone want you to, as you have already paid for the month. I have not encountered anything that is weighted more infavour of the supplier than all the replys you gave to obvious problems, as I can't believe I am alone with my experiences. Provide site located answers and problem solving, like why do you have to have auto-renew activated to make changes if not to work in your favour. I have never encountered this with any other subscription. I also find the tone of your response is that the problems are with the customer and not anything to do with yourselves. When I tried to change my plan it was 1 or 2 days after the renewal, so had plenty of time to be adjusted to my request but you still managed to charge me the old plan price. I deal with lots of companies, so I check my e-mail and spam folders multiple times aday. Not a great attempt to placate in my opinion.
