I want to change my plan with Smarty as…

I want to change my plan with Smarty as my old plan has expired.Try as I might I cannot get access to the plan I want to change to.All that happens on their app is you end up going round in circles, possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. THe chat bot is next to useless. Do they not employ humans, so I can discuss what I require not what they want. It is a pity because other than this they provide a good service. It is a shame that the changing of a plan that has expired proves so difficult.

I could be better pleased with your service!

I am pleased with the service you supply, I tried to alter my plan last month and thought I had but I was still charged £20. Even though I had filled in the change on line! I think you make it to difficult to change as I have been trying to do just that and find I cannot unless I have auto-renew turned on, which is why I have turned it off because last time you just charged me the same. So I will let my plan expire and hopefully start afresh and if this doesn't work I will go elsewhere. The reason I want to change my plan is because I am using nowhere near what I thought I would, so feel I am wasting money. Simplifying the change process should in my opinion stop people looking at other companies. If there is a quick way to change plans then let me know because if it exists I could not find it! I await a response but not for long. Well I got a response, can't say I am pleased with it as it did not answer any questions or solve any problems. Of coarse you cannot implement immediate changes and whyn would anyone want you to, as you have already paid for the month. I have not encountered anything that is weighted more infavour of the supplier than all the replys you gave to obvious problems, as I can't believe I am alone with my experiences. Provide site located answers and problem solving, like why do you have to have auto-renew activated to make changes if not to work in your favour. I have never encountered this with any other subscription. I also find the tone of your response is that the problems are with the customer and not anything to do with yourselves. When I tried to change my plan it was 1 or 2 days after the renewal, so had plenty of time to be adjusted to my request but you still managed to charge me the old plan price. I deal with lots of companies, so I check my e-mail and spam folders multiple times aday. Not a great attempt to placate in my opinion.

Just so you are aware, all plan changes become effective at your next renewal date, as we are unable to implement immediate changes.

It could have been better!

The choice, the price and the super fast delivery. It would have been five stars but the information and follow up was lacking, Nowhere does it tell you which bulbs to use. Considering the light is not supplied with bulbs, I would have thought from a business standpoint they should be offered at point of sale! Thereby enhancing the shopping experience and relieving the frustration of not being able to install the unit. I did try customer service but I'm afraid they were found wanting, so only four stars

I disliked being lied to …

I disliked being lied to that I had missed the delivery on Sat 6th, also they stated that a calling card had been left this again was a lie. I have 24hr cctv and no-one entered my property in a five and a half hour period covering the alleged delivery. Try as I might I could not find anyway to contact Yodel except the live chat, which proved to be next to useless. What also puzzles me is the parcel was supposed to be delivered through my letter box, so how could I miss the delivery. The delivery did turn up on the 8th and instead of being put through the letter box it was left on the step. I did see the back of the driver disappearing off my drive, such care and attention to detail. If this is indicative of how they conduct business, then they need to have a long hard look at themselves. I could not in all honesty recommend this company.

7dayshop make promises and keep to them, great products and great prices. I have used them for many years and their delivery record and quality so far is as good if not better than all the other huge sites. I hope they never feel the need to change a winning formula!

AVG a 30 years romance

I first used AVG about 30 years ago and have never considered any other Antivirus scanner since. Over the years it has protected my computers, without causing any drama or worry! It just sits in the background beavering away and is not resource hungry. It is not intrusive as are so many of the other antivirus programs that are on the market. I tried some in the early days and felt like they wanted to take over. Anytime I have wandered on to any dodgy sites, should anything occur then in jumps AVG to catch and quarantine the malicious code. I have recommended AVG to countless people over the years and have never had any one complain to me that it had not done it's job. All in all a first rate product and for as long as I use computers, I will not use any other anti virus

Product good/ delivery crap

The product is great but the choice of delivery company leaves a lot to be desired. Despite at on point being within half a mile of my home, and revised estimation of delivery time. The order was delivered a day late by a surly driver, who didn't want big parcels just small ones. It is to this end electriQ should make changes to improve their service. I would still trade with this company but would check on the delivery company because I myself would not use DPD again for myself. I do hope this has been helpful

This would have been 5 stars but for the fact that after a week I had not received any paper work or e-mail. It was not until I contacted the team by phone. It was then sorted out very quickly, via an e-mail with all the relevant paperwork as pdf files.

My interaction with you was dismal to…

My interaction with you was dismal to say the least, that is the best part of 3hrs I will never see again. I spent over thirty minutes on hold on the phone and on line it was over 2hrs, The experience was like pulling teeth, hopefully you will have access to a transcript of my dealings. I realise we are amidst the covid crisis but it in its self seems to be the new version of, "it was a problem with our computer system". If people read what was reported to them, then they would have no nessesity to repeat or ask already answered questions. Just to clarify the 30 mins on the phone, I had been put on hold and told I was in a queue.After about 3 mins a voice said I was at the front of the queue and that is why I waited so long. I still need some things resolving but I dont know if I will live long enough for that to happen.
