Joined about a week ago. Customer service calls are answered quickly and any issues or questions answered. The only issue I have found is with the call quality. Every call seems to have sound distortion. I have never had this issue on any other network. No faults with my phone either. I’ll be leaving the network because of this. Such a shame.
As the title states - dreadful.
Most of the time it would take 10 seconds+ just to connect to another number and that was IF it actually connected. Added to that, when I did get through the other individual couldn't hear you. The line also had noise on it.
As for the 1gb of internet, I didn't even bother.
Just a terrible company. I suppose you get what you pay for and at £2.90 I really shouldn't have expected much.
Joined on the 6th October and left on the 15th.
I do not recommend this company at all.
Wow! My first ever positive experience with a mobile phone company! Been with quite a few over the years and they are all dreadful. Most only have bots and you simply cannot speak anyone (ID mobile) Others are rude and obnoxious (O2) What a breath of fresh air to be able to use an actual phone number to get through to a person (ironic!) and they answered really quickly too. Oliver was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and did not patronise me at all. Minor issue completely fixed with their help. I’m am amazed as customer service in the UK has plummeted over the years with a lot of companies only offering chats and no phone number. I aim to give my money and business to those companies with good customer service including having a phone number. Well done SPUSU!
Good 5g and 4g coverage in my area, so far so good, eSIM was easy to install and Spusu ported my number quickly
Friendly, got the support I need at the time, made feel better so rhey can be trusted.
Excellent quality service
Amazing customer service 😊
Agent understood the question and I got the answer plus additional helpful information...
My phone received over 400 hundred incoming calls and over 2800 SMS , FaceTime, iMessage, WhatsApp in one days. They told me that they had my phone number miss call as I bring my numbers new to Spusu today. Horrible when I contact the customer service, they just told me to block them or report them scam calls. Actually, I afraid they report me first, because they same said they got my miss call then. The main point is the Spusu Customer Service look didn’t help me to find out the problems, in my opinions it should be their networks got something wrong, but they just told me to block the numbers that not in my phonebook. Can you imagine the phone received over a thousand SMS, incoming calls, etc. in a days and you can still use the service normally? Terrible customer service …if I can select rank the zero star, It should absolutely to deserve a zero star
I tried to purchase an esim from them on 2/10/25. However the Paypal payment was shown as pending and not completed on their website. I tried to put the payment through again but still was showing as pending. I then received a message notifying me payment was not completed and to try another, which I did. A separate payment card also did not work. As a final attempt I tried again with Paypal, but all 4 times payment was shown as (allegedly) pending.
However, by the 3/10/25, all 4 payments had been charged on my payment methods. I notified spusu and they advised my order had been cancelled and would be refunded. However, these refunds have not been refunded after multiple emails to them. They have allegedly looked into this, but after chasing it up again they are now supposedly undergoing technical issues.
I have now disputed 3 transactions with Paypal and currently awaiting to dispute 1 transaction with my bank.
Cannot recommend under any circumstance.
It was easy to setup and I had a replacement SIM card due to some glitch. The other important thing is that not all services are able to send me OTP codes especially some foreign social media apps. I live quite central to the city but only get 2 bars. Another thing I wanted to know is whether Spusu offer 5G standalone?
I've been with Spusu for 1 year already and although it's not perfect it's very good with a few faults here and there. I'm also wondering what their prices will be when end of January 2026 comes along - I hope you're not going to put them up through the sky !!

I had my mobile number transferred to Spusu in early October.
The porting was not error free; Spusu did not communicate as they has assured me they would; I was left hanging!
Their written guide was wrong and out of date.
I have written to them TWICE to highlight issues and have been totally ignored.
They give the impression that they over-prmise and under-deliver!

Signed up via eSim method which was straightforward though there was conflicting info about activating it. This required a call to clarify/rectify. Subsequent calls have also got straight through & to helpful folks. Great value for money & happy to recommend based on my experience.

Had a minor glitch activating eSIM, but quickly got through to customer support on the phone and issue got resolved straight away. Friendly service, and so far impressed. Much prefer the concept that if you get good service at a fair price you will choose to stay with a provider, rather than getting locked into a 24-month contract to find things aren’t great.

They have still not replied to my complaint emails within the 4 weeks prescribed time.. They issued a credit for £3.50 and this has still not been credited to my credit card. To be brutally honest in my opinion they are awful the service leaves a lot to be desired from my experience…. Before joining Spusu UK from my personal experience I would think long and hard…

Helped me out very quickly when I had lost my SIM card in a different country, sent me the eSIM very fast and showed me how to set it up. Very good service from spusu. Very happy with their prices and service :)

Customer service was very helpful and efficient. I reported a scam call from a private number, Then noticed an outgoing call had been made from my phone but no number was recorded. Spusu confirmed the calls but could determine the numbers called. They did however tell me no charge had been made to my account from a premium number.

Yet another case where they have taken it upon themselves to overcharge the customer.
Good luck trying to email their customer service as it usually takes a matter of weeks to receive any kind of response!
AVOID!

I had data issues through no fault of Spusu. My iPhone data set up was all wrong. I phoned Spusu customer services to be met by Angela, she walked me through my phone set up and was magnificent! Thank you Angela. Amazing service!

Poor customer service poor signal unhappy to match a price online as it’s for new customers. Ended up losing 3 customers. Well done spusu close to going burst

Recently changed to Spusu. Set up of eSIM was very straightforward, good monthly price and I have a very good signal, especially 5G.
Best of all, if you contact customer service, you get to speak to a real person right away, without having to spend half an hour battling with an online chatbot! Brilliant.
