Initial speeds were good
Initial speeds were good, but more recently noticed a distinctly slower speed and time lapse in calls, very frustrating when trying to deal with orders. Internet access is also slower to a point where I am looking to move on. Had a reply from Smarty with an email address that is not recognised by my phone. Tried to find relevant address on their website site, but gave up as I cannot waste time with these Chat platforms.
