Ordered bedding plants which came very quickly. I also ordered some lavender plants. I didn't realise that I would have to wait over a month for them and am still waiting. I paid £9.99 but now find that I can purchase them for just £1.99. Have to say that I am not happy. Will not fall for that again!!!!

I went on the website and stated where it needed to go.
Your driver COMPLETELY IGNORED my request.
Left at front door where visable to passers by and very difficult for me to lift and remove

I got a much better price than any where else. Used motorway because they collect the vehicle. Found the process a tad annoying. Took the photos but kept getting them rejected. The guy who collected it was really nice and very helpful.

The food I wanted was at a good price and it arrived earlier than expected. Will def use agin

Delivery was good and well tracked but parcel was badly ripped and is unsuitable for me to return some good in. Ripped in two places and the seal was slightly ripped also

Ordered a 3 metre parasol in August last year. Had to pay in full although they did not expect to deliver until April this year. Only communication I got was an email saying that it was delayed and would now arrive the End of May. Weather being foul I have not been able to put it up as yet but hopefully it will be reasonably easy when the time comes. Just hope that the base is strong enough to support it !!!!!
