So far ,so good . Trying to work out how to get phone ready for Kenya was stressfull. I find it hard not being able to phone a real person for help.

Rome was an amazing city. Holiday went smoothly, flights on time and taxis were on time. Great hotel in great location . Roman times hotel. What more could you want !

Review of Newmarket Holidays
We have just returned from a fantastic day trip to Lapland. Well organised so everyone got to do everthing, snowmobiles, huskie sleigh ride, reindeer sleigh ride and a search for Santa. Food and drink too. Lots of extras like colouring packs on the flight, a tree decoration and certificate for crossing the arctic circle. All clothes provided for the snow and cold too. Everyone so friendly too. My grandkids had a time to remember. Well done Newmarket !!!🎅⛄🎄❄🥳

I order an item that was needed on a certain date . This date was available for delivery. It was not delivered and no text or rmail received. A second date was given, this time a text with a third date was received . So I cancelled . They then attempted to deliver !!!!! Hence the bad review. Delivery and communication skills severly lacking .
