Not Great

After having to wait a long time to get connected, I was offered a £15 pay as you go credit as compensation.
This sounded good, however, I am unable to use this to pay for my monthly subscription and since I always stay within my allowance, is useless.
They say the only option is to wait for my contract to expire and then buy a new plan which is not good customer service in my opinion

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience

I recently contacted your customer service team with what I believed was a simple and straightforward enquiry. Unfortunately, the advisor I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and condescending. I was repeatedly given incorrect information and was even encouraged to purchase unnecessary international calling packs.

When I asked to speak with a manager, I was initially told that this wasn’t possible. After insisting, I was placed on an extended hold — seemingly in the hope that I would hang up. Eventually, I was told a manager would call me back.

As I had little confidence in that promise, I called again. This time, I finally received the correct information; however, once again, no manager was available, and I was told to expect a callback that never came.

It’s disappointing to experience such poor service and misinformation. Based on this experience, I’ll be switching to a new mobile network.
