DO NOT PURCHASE DIRECTLY FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICER!

I purchased a Hewlett Packard "all in one printer" directly from the company. The printer did not work. When I described the issue to a company representative, she admitted the printer was broken! I was told by the company representative that I would be charged for the printer if I canceled. I tried to speak to a supervisor, I tried to log a dispute and all was to no avail. No one returned my calls or addressed the issue. If ONLY I had purchased the printer from a local distributor, i.e., Staples, etc! I could have returned the printer for a full refund. Now the company wants to charge me a "cancellation fee". I have never used the printer. After weeks of trying to resolve the issue with the company unsuccessfully, I threw the printer in the trash. NEVER BUY FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE! Also, be advised that the "customer service representatives" who work with online customers are committed to resolving issues in favor of the company. They are not employed to resolve issues that favor the customer. Most probably, they work on commission.

Bought a new HP Deskjet 2800e printer that wouldn't connect to any device. Previous printer was fine but bulky as it was used professionally and I wanted to downsize after retiring so sold it. Phone connects without issue to printers in local library, post office, corner shop etc so just shows it's the HP brand as phone also connects to a different brand in the local computer shop. Took this piece of HP CRAP back for a refund, bought another brand everything now connected first time, Lesson - don't bother with HP

7740 all in one large format printer

I got a 7740 all in one large format printer/scanner about 3 years ago. The use of that machine was intermittent at best. Recently, I had spent 4+ hours on the phone with HP support trying to get it to work, but to no avail. I should have insisted on a warranty replacement as the last time I tried to fix the issue, it was still under warranty. I persisted in asking my companies IT person to help, as he has extensive knowledge of the crappiness of HP printers, but the fix didn't stick. There seems to have been some trouble with the printers ability to consistantly connect to the wireless network. After working with my internet provider, getting a new modem, and my internet company upgrading their system, the printer issue STILL persisted! I called to ask them to honor the warranty and they refused...never again HP!!

The HP Office Jet Pro 9125e IS THE…

The HP Office Jet Pro 9125e IS THE BIGGEST PIECE OF STEAMING GARBAGE I'VE EVER OWNED. It never worked correctly, so we brought it back to the company for an exchange after 3-4 months. They gave us a new one, which still didn't work right but we dealt with it. We were getting by with it until we cancelled the auto-renew ink subscription and then all hell broke loose!! I couldn't print my resume, or a simple word document that just contained text in text boxes. It kept cutting off the last parts of the words even though there was a ton of space on the page. It is a disaster pile of absoulute shite. Do NOT BUY a HP machine of any kind! They are garbage and will just blame the problem on Word. Word may also be a piece of shite but there is no excuse for this pitiful printer not being able to print basic word documents.

HP printer remote control customer's printer use

Just like many other HP printer victim, no one should ever buy HP printer, especially to subscribe to their ink cartridge refill subscriptions. If you do so, they have 100% to control how and whether you can use the HP printer that you pay for. The HP ink cartridge subscription, if subscribed, it could be used to blackmail HP customer to pay the subscription on-time and to ensure that the customer's charging info is up-to-date. Otherwise, the HP printer customer will be blocked to use the HP printer and there is nothing that you can do. Even though the customer has paid for the printer and the prior deliver of the ink cartridge. If you contact the technical support to cancel the subscription, you will need to replace ALL the existing cartridges (even the cartridges are still full with inks) that you have already paid and installed by the new cartridges that you brought from the local store/Amazon in order to re-activate the HP printer. Such dishonest business practice is totally outrages. I hope that all the current and ex HP printer customers could be united to file the class action against HP to leverage the ink cartridges subscription to control their customers for the use of the HP printer. I am so outrages that, I will never and ever buy another HP printer... NEVER and EVER....

The worst electronic thing I have ever…

The worst electronic thing I have ever bought in my life. Complete waste of money. I finally have had enough and I have smashed it to pieces. A complet waste of 80 quid. Will never ever work unless you use it constantly. Every time you switch off the PC and come back it's lost connection. Refuses to print even with the USB connected. It takes hp 30 minutes to fix it when they call you back. I don't have the time or energy to wait around to print a few documents now and then. Plus HP collect your data so no doubt have a full print off of MY bank statements.

I recently purchased a 6000 series HP…

I recently purchased a 6000 series HP Smart Tank 6001 Printer from Amazon to replace an older HP Ink Jet printer that has worked great for years. Over the years I’ve purchased numerous other HP products (Laptops, Desktops, Monitors) for personal and at work.
After initial setup, HP Smart Tank 6001 Printer would function normally and print as expected. However, after sitting idle for a several hours, it consistently displays the error message: "Error: Cannot print page", and fails to print. I have contacted HP Support multiple times and spent several hours trying various troubleshooting steps. While the printer resumes printing temporarily after each support session, the issue inevitably recurs every time the device is idle for a period.
Given that the problem persists despite all attempts at resolution, I have decided to return the printer to Amazon and I purchased from Amazon a 7000 series HP Smart Tank Printer thinking this upgrade 7000 would not have the issue. Unfortunately, the 7000 series printer has the same issue and HP support cannot resolve this issue. I’ve read several reviews on the HP Smart Tank printers that have this problem. I cannot continue dedicating time to troubleshooting what appears to be a hardware or firmware defect.
I should have believed the reviews before I purchased the HP Smart Tank printers. Hopefully you do!

This company does not deserve loyal customers. I purchased an HP Envy 5530 691cbc many years ago and took out the basic subscription. I generally only do a small number of prints every month and since they recently hiked the price of the monthly payment. I decided to cancel and would continue to renew cartridge as required ( the last ones have lasted 18 months plus). I had intended to use the old cartridge until they ran out but find that the small minded people have remotely blocked my printer. Thanks HP THATS THE LAST TIME I PURCHASE AN HO PRODUCT
