If there was a zero or minus rating…

If there was a zero or minus rating that would be still too high.
My printer was faulty from a few weeks after the purchase. HP dragged out the 'support' until it was out of warranty and then said 'it was out of warranty so they could not do anything'.
Beyond slimy and the support in who knows what country are beyond lazy and useless.
Never never buy an HP

We have a number of shows where we sell at less than the face value, however we are not always able to offer discounts on the more popular shows or peak days sadly.

Poorly trained 'salesmen'

Absolutely rude and unhelpful - charges are ridiculous. Cover for 'every illness is rubbish. Unclear on what basis Which has rated this company highly. Certainly makes me wonder if Which has been paid off.....one major illness....£4500. Insurance companies like Zurich are robbing people when travelling. Repatriation is £1400 and hospital charges (unless in the US) are nowhere near £3000 plus . Makes sure to do price things separately as these insurance companies are crooks.

Miele products and service have tanked

I have been chasing for 10 years since I bought 3 appliances for over £4k and not one person follows up including a 'Senior Executive office high end manager'.
Product quality declining now and customer service cannot handle the issues. Agents put what they want on your file, omit key actions, engineers put in fake reports implying appliances are fixed when they aren't.
I flagged a major issue with a £2000 heat pump drier well inside the warrantee and Miele dragged the complaint run until the warranty expired then said they would do nothing because the appliance was out of warranty.
Miele now no better than any other name brand.
If you want more information you need to provide a senior person number above the Senior Executive office as they are just as incompetent.

They do not seem to know what they are doing. Items lost and all they say is 'we are working on it'. 150 employees and the owner can't lift a finger to help.

Fedex France is beyond incompetent

Fedex France is beyond incompetent. Who polices these lazy and sloppy employees? They seem to be removed from reality in communicating with anyone. Lost large packages. They have no clue where they are. One of the most poorly managed locations. Office closed on weekends?

Natwest Black deteriorated to no better than trying to deal with the government

Natwest Black used to be very good. Dedicated contacts have been replaced by 'Teams' which means 1) everything takes longer because issues have to be explained to someone on every call 2) contacts are constantly on holiday 2) noone is accountable so no-one has any motivation to complete a job - they are very good either giving up or passing the buck 3) finally their response is to go to the Financial Ombudsman. Beyond incompetent.

Do not ever by an HP Printer. If there was a zero or a minus

If there was a zero or a minus, it would still be too generous a rating.
I have had connection problems since the day I bought this printer. Customer support has been beyond useless and then when the warranty expired they wanted to charge me for support in fixing the connection.
Clearly seeing all the other reviews, this is not a one off.

Breaching customer online legal rights

I wanted to return an item back and get a refund. They have been very difficult.
They offered that I keep the wrong size or give it away and get a credit plus a bit. I don't want a credit and I want to return the item.
They are not only dancing around the request but they have yet to honour what is a legal obligation to refund the brand new, unused item within the purchase period

No better than a used car salesman

That is the way Vitality has structured the contract, ie to make it as difficult to claim or get one's preferable consultant approved or it will ask as many questions as possible in order to 'trap' the premium payer. That is how the company makes money.
But tku it would be a waste of time. This is truly the slimiest health insurance company ever. Their agents must have in front of them a huge sheet of questions in order to either refuse coverage or only offer the cheapest services or pay just a fraction of the cost of care. Many consultants won't use them because it's financially unviable.
We do not recommend paying for it unless there is no other option.

No way to reach an agent. Constantly disconnect after choosing an option. The ask is to speak to a human for guidance, not an email exchange which takes way too long. If you can explain how to get a human, that is a good start.

Great service and someone based in the UK

Just off the phone with an agent (which turned out to be one of the owners) for advice on a bean bag.
Sooooo nice to speak to a human at the other end, who picks up the phone rather than being directed to a recorded message, someone who knows the product and speaks clearly in English.
Such a joy.

Haven't had the opportunity to try this because customer service is very poor. Had questions on the ingredients and was promised a call a week ago by a 'nutritionist'. No call. Sent an email 3 days later to chase. Still no follow up. If they are that poor in pre sales service, the owners are disconnected from the operations.

The worst clueless customer service

And the nightmare continues - different agents so one has to start the whole story again with no follow up. Wherever this team is based, they are so limited on what they know that nothing ever gets solved.

Speaking with agents who neither speak or understand clearly in English is beyond frustrating. Signing email communication with 'Team' instead of a person is equally frustrating.

How exactly did you 'try' to reach me? Still waiting for a response from this, Dyson?

The worst clueless customer service. Gave the wrong address to DPD despite 7 Phone calls to correct it. Wherever this customer service is based, they are poorly trained and half of them are not understandable and limited in what they can do.

Update

Update: 2/3 of missing transfers going back a month still not resolved and no sign of my money. Engaging with the boss of the manager still yields no results. All they do is blame the banks.

OFX have lost three of my payments
Speaking to the London manager has resulted nothing - her boss is 'not in the office and still has not called ad promised. All I hear are excuses. 3 weeks now since the transaction was done and I still do not have my money.
OFX have lost three of my exchanges.

Two weeks later, I'm still having to call and chase Manager who still has not called me back despite being promised a call back. Who's in charge??? Help desk constantly gives the same response 'it's being investigated' yet not one person has taken responsibility.

They take a 30% 'fee' at Eurostar

Owned by Private Equity which explains the non-English response and the reason why they operate in the Eurostar which is owned partially by Private Equity and Pension Funds....buttering each other's hands.

Do not use this company - they are slime.

They take a 30% 'fee' at Eurostar. A complete rip off in this highly unregulated business. There's clearly some official getting a few benefits for giving Global Blue the licence to operate like this.
