HP printer is crap

In the past a few year, this HP printer turned to my nightmare, various kinds of weird issues and nothing worked even for very basic printing.

HP printer is literally crap!!!! They are genius who can make a printer stop working in many kinds of issues.

Save your life, never buy HP printer.

The delivery team is the worst

I paid for delivery, installation and haul away. They delivered and installed my new washer but didn't haul away. The reason was they mentioned I need to remove my railing cause the old washer was too big and there is water in my old washer. I never needed to remove my railing when I got my old washer. Even though I mentioned they can pour the water on the basement floor and haul away the old washer but they insisted do nothing except I pay more money. I called or texted them at least 20 times within 3 days after I removed the railing but they completed ignored my pone calls and text until I called the company to complain. Finally they got back me but still insist to charge me extra $75 to haul away the washer.

Never ever buy anything from this company. Their delivery team is the most terrible one I have experienced. You can get the same product from other companies with normal delivery.

They automatically renewed my one month trial and charged me double of the one month I paid. I emailed them a few times to ask for refund and never received any response.

Never pay one cent to them !!!!!!!

Their customer agents are completely…

Their customer agents are completely useless. I just need to update the location of my phone number, I chatted and called many times and nobody knew the process and did nothing, almost one month passed by, nothing happened. They just pay little money to hire offshore team who knows nothing about the business, even can't understand/speak. Customer agents are polite but know nothing and do nothing.

Mint terminated my number phone just because I left them bad review

My phone number was changed by Mint Mobile by mistake without my agreement and they never left me know. My phone stopped for a few days until I talked to 7 agents and spent on the phone for hours. I left bad review for them. In order to revenge my bad review, they informed all the bank and organizations to terminate my phone without letting me know. Now all my other service like Zelle stopped. They are do so illegally!!!!!!!

The worst insurance company

My insurance was transferred from StateAuto to SafeCo through a company merger. They didn't notify me about the new policy in any way but instead doubled my premium and notified my mortgage bank. When I finally found out and called them, they had an address in my profile that was completely not mine. SafeCo should not be allowed to run a business because it lacks basic integrity and honesty.

Uber deleted the ride I reported safety issue

On March 11, 2024, I took an Uber ride while on a phone call. Due to the poor quality of my earbuds, I had to speak slightly louder. The driver suddenly turned the car radio to its maximum volume, making it impossible for me to hear my conversation. Shocked, I politely asked him several times to lower the volume, but he completely ignored me and kept it at full blast. When I asked why he had turned the volume up so high, he initially remained silent and then dismissively replied, "I would," while keeping the same volume level. He even put on his own earbuds during the ride.

As someone who has used Uber for years and taken countless rides, I was stunned by this strange and unsettling behavior. I felt terrified and unsure of how far he might escalate the situation, so I stayed silent for the rest of the ride. Once I arrived at my destination, I informed him that I would report his behavior to Uber. In response, he shouted F word at me, showed me his middle finger, and drove away.

I contacted Uber’s safety line three times on different days and sent several messages to their customer support team through the app. Shockingly, after eight months, I have received no response. Uber’s complete lack of accountability has left me deeply disappointed. It’s clear that this driver felt emboldened to behave so horribly because Uber fails to enforce consequences for such conduct.

Today, while reviewing my ride history in the Uber app, I was astonished to discover that the record of this specific ride had been removed, while all my other rides remained intact. This blatant erasure of evidence is appalling and beyond comprehension.

I have consistently left five-star reviews for Uber drivers for hundreds of rides, except for one instance where a driver dropped me off at the wrong address and left immediately. I have great respect and appreciation for Uber drivers, but this extreme case and Uber’s subsequent inaction are unacceptable. I have recordings of the incident and plan to seek legal assistance.

First Advantage has no basic competence, integrity and professionalism

I was offered a job and First Advantage was hired by the employer to do background check. Their upload portal has techinical issue from time to time, when you uploaded the documents, there is no any field to add some comments except document name. Their work took more than one month. This was not the worest part. I followed their instruction and got the official authentication report from the government and they still told the employer that I failed the background check. I offered them all the official original certificates from professional insititutions, they still told the employer they couldn't verify them. They still put me in big trouble and nightmare even though I offered all the legal docuements and prove they required timely. First Advantage has no basic competence, integrity and professionalism to do their work.

FedEx caused me nightmare

I never though delivery a piece of document can be a nightmare because of FedEx literally doesn't know how to do their job. Every process is messy and nobody is doing their job to figure out things and follow up. I would rate them minus star if I have option. Guys, run as fast as you can from FedEx.
