Do not buy HP they are scammers. Printer (HP envy 6022e) is 8/10 times showing some kind of error and therefore unusable. No accessible customer service (UK), scammed me on the ink subscription and 'coincidently' when I cancelled my ink subscription (I received 1 set on inks in 18 months) it will no longer work

I booked delivery to my safe place (back garden) got confirmation of this from the driver who then handed it to a complete stranger in another street, plus no note through my door telling me where it was.
I rang to enquire and was told that the driver would be contacted to tell me where he had left it, he never rang back
I will not be using DPD again, they are not safe or responsible

My order came quickly and was well packaged. I love the product itself (cbd balm) it is lovely to use and is extremely effective, I use it on a painful shoulder and have found that it also accelerates healing and significantly reduces bruising (I slammed the car boot on my shoulder and closed the freezer against my face) . I highly recommend the product and the website.
