The platform is straightforward and easy to use. I had an issue with a video upload but I reached out on the chat and Skylar was very helpful fixing the issue. It's so nice to find quick helpful customer support in real time over chat.

HP makes the worst printers on the market. I will never buy one again. They have rendered my printer useless. I was in their auto print cartridge program, then didn't need it anymore. I unenrolled in the program and now I can't use my printer... I've even tried to re-enroll in the program, but it still won't work. Their own customer service and techs cannot figure out how to make it work again even though it turns on and has the correct ink. They have rendered their own equipment useless due to their own software problems. Such a waste of money!!!
