Really good quality coats for the little ones

i wish i can honestly rate it negative 1 million, ive never been so INFURIATED with a piece of machine my entire life!!!! why have you put a printer behind a pay wall?!?!?!?! it's never printed correctly, it prints 10 out of 15 pages and im left wondering why? and it never connects properly too!!!

I have done a couple of courses from Janets years ago and recently had to download a PDF of my certificate, Ronnie from the chat had helped me with this, super friendly!! actual human beings behind the chats!

Don't even bother - cancelling takes MONTHS and the amount of TIME on hold on the phone is absolutely horrendous

Just finished speaking to honestly the most helpful, cheerful lady on the phone Cat, she went ABOVE and BEYOND with all the questions I asked and was very patient and didn't rush me off the phone at all.

She made sure I understood everything and went through all the channels to see if she can sort out my problems with delivery (I changed address so will miss my newest package)

All in all what an awesome person and it's so REFRESHING to talk to a person who truly wants to help you and make sure you have a great customer experience!

I REGRET EVER SIGNING UP WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've called about 12 separate occasions in a space of a week and after they gave me the self starter kit, the lazy lady that was supposed to send me my details via email never did. I could not activate this useless plastic box.

I work from home and it's totally messed up and caused a lot of delays!!!!!!!!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

So far so good I've got no complaints about Pockit whatsoever, easy to use and straight forward and the support team are lovely and helpful!
